Apeejay Institute of Design is a premier Design institute in Delhi, established in 1991. For online registrations, candidates need to download the admission form, fill-up, scan the filled admission form and mail it to (aid.del@apj.edu) or may be printed and couriered to the institution directly. A registration fee of Rs 900 has to be paid Cheque/ Demand Draft in favour of “APEEJAY INSTITUTE OF DESIGN” payable at New Delhi and may also be directly sent to the institution with the form or separately.

Apeejay Institute of Design UG Admission 2021

The institute offers BDes and an integrated diploma programme at the UG level. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria of the respective programme before applying for admission.

The institute offers BDes for a four years' duration. For admission to this programme, candidates are required to appear for an aptitude test conducted by the institute, followed by a PI round. In order to be eligible, candidates must have passed Class 12 in any stream, securing a minimum aggregate of 50%. Following are the four specialisations offered in Apeejay Institute of Design BDes programme:

The institute also offers an Integrated Design Course (IDC) at UG level. This programme is of three years' duration. A PI round is conducted by the institute to shortlist candidates for final selection. Those willing to take admission to this course must have cleared Class 12 with a minimum of 40% aggregate from any stream. At PG level, the institute offers MA Design and Professional Design Diploma (PDD) programmes, admission to which are conducted through a PI round. The duration of MA Design is two years. PDD programme is available for one year and two years' duration.

Admission to the two-year MA in Design programme is conducted through a PI round. Candidates, who have completed their bachelor's degree (any stream) with minimum 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for this programme. There are four specialisations being offered in MA Design and these are:

For admission to the PDD programme, candidates are required to qualify a PI round. A pass in a bachelor's degree from any stream, with a minimum aggregate of 45%, is considered to be eligible for admission to PDD. The institute offers the following 10 specialisations under this programme:

1. Take a print-out of the application form
2. Enter the personal details of the candidate such as name, age, gender, nationality, etc.
3. Add the academic details of the applicant carefully

• Certificate of the last examination passed
• Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
• Character certificate from the head of the institute last attended and another from a responsible person
