College of Ayurved, BVDU, is a constituent college of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University. At the UG level, the College offers a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programme with a duration of five and a half years, including one year of rotating internship. The programme has a seat intake of 100 students. Admission to BAMS is entrance-based, and candidates are selected based on the marks secured in the entrance exam. Eligibility criteria for BAMS is given in the table below:

At the PG level, the College offers two programmes, namely Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS). MD is offered in 11 different specialisations, whereas MS is offered in three specialisations. The seat intake of both the programmes varies from specliasation-to-specialisation. The duration of both the programmes is three years. The final selection of students is based on the marks secured in the respective entrance exam. Apart from the degree courses, the College also offers UG and PG diploma programmes in several specialisations of Ayurveda. UG diploma is a full-time one-year programme, whereas the duration of PG diploma is two years. PG diploma is offered in five specialisations with each specialisation having an intake of two students. The seat intake of UG diploma is 50 students. Admission to UG diploma is merit-based, whereas PG diploma admission is based on an entrance exam. The final selection of students is based in the scores obtained in the respective qualifying/ entrance exam.
