ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education offers five-year integrated BBA-LLB (Hons) and BA LLB (Hons) course at UG level (in the field of law) via ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad. For admission to these programmes, candidates must have a valid score in ILSAT exam conducted by ICFAI Law School. The minimum eligibility criteria for these programmes is tabulated below:

In the field of law, ICFAI Law School offers LLM programme at PG level. This programme is available in multiple specialisations. For admission, candidates must have a valid score in ILSAT (PG) exam conducted by ICFAI Law School. The minimum eligibility criteria for LLM is mentioned in the below table:

For admission into PhD full time/ part time programme in Law, candidates must appear for the PhD eligibility test conducted by the institute followed by admission interview. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria must appear for the PhD eligibility test. However, those who have qualified in UGC/ JRF examination/ NET/SLET are exempted from appearing for the PhD eligibility test.

The following candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria (mentioned in the below table) are eligible for admission to part-time PhD programme:

• Regular teachers working in University Law Colleges or affiliated Law Colleges with a minimum three-years of continuous teaching experience
• Practicing Advocates with a minimum five-years of professional experience
• Judicial Officers with a minimum five-years of experience
• Retired Judicial Officers
• Any Gazetted Officer with a minimum of eight years of administrative experience
• Any executive with a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience in any recognized Law Firm/Tax Consultants/Public or Private Limited Company/Company Secretaries/ LLP

1. The application form is available on the official website of IFHE (www.ifheindia.org/fol)
2. Fill up the application form and make a payment of Rs 1000 via Credit / Debit Card (Visa / Master Card / Internet Banking) through a secure payment gateway
3. Upload passport size color photograph
4. Law Programmes Prospectus is sent to such applicants after the application is completed successfully

Offline Application Process

1. Download the application form from the official website of IFHE (www.ifheindia.org/fol)
2. Fill up the form and send it to the Admissions Office* along with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1000 as the cost of the application
3. The DD should be drawn in favor of ‘IFHE-Prospectus Fee A/c ILSAT 2020’ payable at Hyderabad
4. Law Programmes Prospectus is sent to such applicants after the application is completed successfully

ICFAI Law School offers merit scholarships to candidates pursuing BBA LLB (Hons) / BA LLB (Hons) programme. These scholarships are based on the performance in class XII and further performance semester-wise in the respective course.

Additionally, ICFAI Law School also offers merit scholarships based on semester-wise performance to up to 10% of the students of every batch
