Established in 1994, MGM Institute of Management & Research is popularly known as MGM Institute of Management or MGM IOM&R. It is a constituent college of MGM University and is located in Aurangabad. It has also been accredited with A Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It offers three undergraduate, one postgraduate programme and PhD in Management Sciences under various specialisations.

Located at a lush green MGM University campus, the institute has the well-equipped infrastructure, including lecture halls, well-furnished classrooms with the latest audio-visual aids and IT equipment, three sophisticate computer labs, a dedicated language lab along with the Knowledge Resource Center (library) that has over 32,000 printed books, more than one lakh e-books, national and international journals, etc. There is also a hostel facility for both boys and girls within the campus.
