NIELIT Delhi was established in 2000 and became an independent centre in 2012. NIELIT Delhi Centre provides training programmes in the fields of Information Technology, Electronics, Multimedia, etc. The NIELIT Delhi (formerly known as DOEACC Delhi) Centre also provides services to different Central Government departments and Ministries. As of now, NIELIT Delhi offers long-term and short-term courses in the areas of IT, Electronics and allied disciplines. Some of the popular NIELIT Delhi courses include NIELIT O Level, NIELIT A Level, CHM O Level, PG Diploma in IoT and CCC programmes.

The DOEACC Delhi Centre (NIELIT Delhi) is approved by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NIELIT offers scholarships under the Protsahan Puraskar Scheme for SC, ST, Differently-abled and female candidates. Candidates of O/A/B/C Level courses are offered scholarships ranging from Rs 12,000 to Rs 30,000.

In order to avail the scholarship, candidates need to clear all the papers in the first attempt in every semester. Further, candidates’ parents’ annual income from all sources should be less than Rs 2.5 LPA. All eligible candidates need to apply for the scholarship 1 month after the exam results are declared.
