Roots College of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts (RHMCA) was established in 2017 and is affiliated with Osmania University. The college offers programmes at UG and diploma level.

The curriculum of the programme has been designed to provide rich experience through Internships with reputed Hospitality Brands in the industry, and national and international tours.

Roots has partnered with reputed names in the industry namely City & Guilds, IBA, and Alliance Francaise. The College offers a diploma programme in the French Language from Alliance Francaise and a diploma in Soft Skills from Roots Finishing School.

It also offers Global Certified Programs such as Diploma in Culinary Arts by City & Guilds, UK, Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking, Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, and Diploma in Travel and Tourism.

RHMCA offers three year BHMCT and BCTCA programmes at UG level. It also offers a diploma programme in multiple areas such as Culinary Arts, Food Preparation and Cooking, Food and Beverage, Travel and Tourism; all these programmes are globally certified.

Furthermore, the College offers a Career Enhancement Diploma Programs  in French, and soft skills in collaboration with Alliance Francaise, and Roots Finishing School. Mentioned below are the key RHMCA courses with the eligibility criteria:

RHCA placements are headed by the Training and Placement Cell. The cell has collaborated with reputed names such as City & Guilds, IBA, and Alliance Francaise for internships and placements. The College provides four-month industrial training in December every year.
