About

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (BVCOE) was established in 1983 in Pune, Maharashtra by Dr Patangrao Kadam. It is a constituent unit of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University). Approved by AICTE, UGC, and NBA, the College has ‘A’ grade accreditation by NAAC. It offers various BTech and MTech programmes. The College ranked 99th for Engineering by NIRF 2020 and 93rd for Private Engineering by NIRF 2019.

It comprises 11 departments to impart education and knowledge in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Basic Science and Humanities, E and TC Engineering, and Computer Science and Business Systems. Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (BVCOE) Pune Courses

The College offers 36 courses across two streams. The duration of BTech and MTech is four and two years, respectively. It has 960 seats for BTech and 144 seats for MTech.

It also offers BVU-Drexel University International MS in Biomedical Engineering in collaboration with Drexel University, United States. Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (Pune), also known as BVCOEP, is a constituent college of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU) Pune. At present, the applications are closed for BVP CET, and the results for BVP CET are to be announced soon. The College offers courses through its main campus as well as DET off-campus, Navi Mumbai. In 2020, it was ranked 17 and 37 for Engineering by Times and India Today, respectively. Presently, the College offers BTech and MTech programmes in several specialisations of Engineering. Every year, the College admits more than 900 students under its programmes.
