IMS Law College, Noida was established in 2004, the college is affiliated with the CCS University, Meerut. IMS Law College has been approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) legal education regulating body. The college has been recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). In 2004, IMS Law College became the first college in Noida that introduced a five-year BA LLB integrated course, a three-year LLB degree was introduced in 2005, and a five-year BCom LLB integrated course was introduced in 2019.

IMS Law College offers various courses at UG and PG levels. The college conducts its own entrance exam for all the courses. The candidates need to visit the office to collect the application form and submit the application fee of INR 1000 via cash or a draft of INR 1050.
