Established in 2017, School of Arts and Sciences is a part of Ahmedabad University. It is located on the University campus which is spread across 180 acres of land. The Institute was started with an aim to offer courses related to various streams.

School of Arts and Sciences provides Need-based and Merit-based Scholarships to its students. These scholarships are offered to the students pursuing UG and PG programmes. The details of these scholarships are mentioned below:

• Need-based Scholarships

The need-based scholarship is for students who are in need of financial help. Under this scholarship, students can get up to 100 per cent tuition fee waiver. Candidates whose family income is less than Rs 8 LPA are only eligible to apply for this scholarship. The scholarship is renewed every year and students with 2 or above CGPA can only re-apply for this scholarship.

• Merit-based Scholarships

This scholarship is awarded to the meritorious students, who have applied for admission to UG or PG courses directly through Ahmedabad University admission portal.

Students admitted to Ahmedabad University BTech programme through Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) can apply for this scholarship to get full tuition fee waiver. Top 500 candidates (as per the merit list prepared by ACPC) can apply for this scholarship. The amount to be offered as scholarship is Rs 1 lakh. This scholarship is renewed every year and students with 3.5 or above CGPA can only re-apply for the same.

• More than 25 publications in Peer-reviewed international journals in 2019-2020
