BMRIT

BMRIT is an undergraduate degree programme in Radio Diagnosis and Imaging. The course duration is 4 years including 1 year of internship. BMRIT stands for Bachelor of Medical Radio Diagnosis and Imaging Technology. Candidates who want to make career in Radiology can do this bachelor course. Candidates learn all aspects of radio diagnosis such as how to carry out tests like X-ray, ultrasound, MRI and suggest diagnosis accordingly. With Imaging techniques, professional take the pictures of internal body parts and detect underlying causes. Due to rising number of diseases especially lifestyle related issues, BMRIT professionals are in great demand. Radiology is one of the most sought after branch in the medical science. BMRIT eligibility is 12th degree from a recognised board or university.

• They should have passed class 12th from recognised board or university

• Candidates must have studies Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th

• Scoring at least 50 % marks is mandatory for BMRT admission

• The minimum age for admission is 17 years

Admission to BMRT is based on merit or score in the entrance exam. Some Institutes provide admission directly on the basis of marks in class 12th. These college prepares a merit list based on the cut off. Candidates who score more or equal to cut off of that particular institute are called for interview and group discussion. Those who qualify in the interview and group discussion get admission in Bachelor course in Radio diagnosis. Some Institutes also conduct entrance exams for BMRIT admission. An application form is released and candidates have to appear for the entrance test. Those who qualify the exam are called for the counselling round.
