The Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Classes (DOEACC) is an exclusive creation of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It works under the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Govt. of India. Accreditation has been granted to various computer training institutes/organisations in the non-formal sector for conducting specified levels of courses, subject to adherence to well-defined norms and criteria.
DOEACC offers B Level certification program in Computer Applications. Recoganised by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, DOEACC B level certification is professionally equivalent to MCA degree program. Students and working professionals willing to pursue the certification program will have to undergo the course program and pass the relevant examination conducted by the DOEACC society.
The objective of DOEACC B level program is to develop the capability in candidates to be able to analyse, develop and manage the software projects. The course has been designed to give students a sound background in computing, business functions and mathematics relevant to information technology.
