Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released seat allotment list for Karnataka NEET 2021 counselling round-2 on March 9. Candidates who ahve been allocated seats in round two counselling will be able to pay fees from March 10 to March 11. As per the revised dates Karnataka NEET 2021 counselling, deposition of original documents and downloading of admission order can be done till March 13 at KEA Office. The last adte for reporting to complete admission formalities for round two seat allotment is March 14.
Karnataka NEET UG counselling is held online for admission to various MBBS and BDS courses across government and private medical colleges across Karnataka. The counselling comprises two rounds and a mop-up round which is conducted if any seats are left vacant after the second round. KEA will conduct Karnataka NEET 2021 counselling for 85% state quota and 100% private colleges seats. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct Karnataka NEET counselling 2021 for 15 per cent All India Quota seats. The counselling will be conducted for providing admission to 9,345 MBBS and 3,445 BDS seats in medical colleges across the state.

Karnataka NEET Counselling 2021 ProcessThe counselling for Karnataka MBBS admissions will be conducted in four stages, namely registration, choice filling, seat allotment and reporting. All these stages are equally important for those applying for Karnataka NEET 2021 counselling. Each of these stages has been elaborated below:
RegistrationTo participate in the counselling of Karnataka NEET 2021, a candidate must register on the official website of KEA. Follow the steps given below to register:
Step 1: Go to the official website and select ‘UGET-2021 online registration’. Enter details such as the name of candidate, contact address details, category, PwD status, educational qualification details, date of birth, etc. Application ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate.
Step 2: Upload images of a recent passport-sized photograph, signature and thumb impression (left hand)
Step 3: Pay the registration/counselling fee. The registration fee can be paid online using a credit card/debit card/net banking. Candidate can also pay the fee offline by downloading the bank challan.

Step 4: Save and print a copy of the application form and keep safe for future use
Online information provided by candidates in the application form for Karnataka NEET counselling 2020 will be treated as correct and requests for any change will not be entertained by KEA.
List of registered candidatesKEA will release a list with the names of all the candidates who had registered for the counselling of Karnataka NEET 2020. This list will be accompanied by the schedule for offline verification of the documents. To proceed further, all the candidates need to complete the verification process.
Verification of documentsVerification of documents will be carried out in order of the ranks obtained by the candidates. Hence, all the candidates are advised to confirm the rank range, date and time of verification before reporting to the centre. Candidates must carry all the documents in original and a self-attested copy to the verification centre.
At the verification centre, candidates will have to register again and provide all the necessary information. At the verification counter, all the original documents will be verified by the officials and the self-attested copies will be retained. Candidates who complete the verification process successfully will be issued an acknowledgement slip.
Documents that one should carry for the verification processAlong with the acknowledgement slip, eligible candidates will also be provided with a secret key. This key is mandatory to fill in the choices on the ‘Option-entry portal’. Candidates are advised to keep the secret key to themselves and maintain confidentiality at all times.
There is no limit for entry of options in Karnataka NEET counselling 2021. Options recorded on the last day of the notified schedule will be frozen and will be considered for allotment of seats. Candidates must note that this is a one-time process only. Candidates who have entered options in the first round will not be allowed to enter options for the second round. However, candidates may make changes to the higher options.
Seat allotment listKEA will release a list of the candidates who have been allotted a seat in the counselling of Karnataka NEET 2021. These seat allotment list will be prepared on the basis of the merit of a candidate and the choices filled by him/her.
Post-allotment processCandidates who have been allocated a seat in the Karnataka NEET 2021 counselling and wish to continue with the same seat need to confirm their choice on the official website of KEA. He/she then has to pay the fee and report to the allocated institute with the admission order.

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced the schedule for Karnataka NEET counseling 2021. The first step of Karnataka NEET counselling 2021 is registration. Candidates had to register on the official website of the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) to fill the application form. As per the schedule, the application window remained open from December 13 to December 17.
Candidates must note that they will have to register separately for each round for Karnataka MBS/BDS counselling 2021. After the successful submission of the NEET counselling registration form, the conducting body will release the list of the registered candidates whose applications will be accepted.
Candidates whose names will be included in the list have to report to the document verification centres if needed otherwise the documents verification will be done online. After the document verification process, the candidates have to fill their choice of colleges priority-wise. A provisional merit list of shortlisted candidates will be then released for the first round of seat allotment. After this, the subsequent counselling rounds will take place depending upon the cut off and availability of seats.
