Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell released selection list for Maharashtra NEET PG 2021 mop up round-1 counselling on March 26. The selection list for Maharashtra PG medical admission 2021 was released in PDF format on the official website, mahacet.org. Candidates who have been allocated seats in round one counselling need to report to respective institute till March 30.
Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2021 will be conducted in two rounds. A mop-up round will be conducted to fill the seats left vacant after the conclusion of the second round. Admission to the state quota seats of Maharashtra will be on the basis of NEET PG 2021 scores.

A common state merit list is published on the official website of State CET cell. This is prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NEET PG 2021 examination. Candidates must note that only those who are declared eligible in the online document verification process are included in this list.
Online preference fillingDetails of the seats available through the Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2021 are published online. Candidates included in the state merit list have to fill a preference form online to apply for these seats. Candidates must remember that the choices filled in the preference form can be changed any number of times before submitting it, but once submitted, there is no provision for any modifications. Also, this is a one-time process only and candidates will not be given a chance to change their choices before the subsequent round of Maharashtra NEET PG 2021 counselling.
The selection process by CAPSelection of the candidates will be on the basis of the choices filled in the preference form and rank obtained in the state merit list. Candidates who wish to retain the seats allocated to them must report to the respective institute before the deadline.
Joining the allotted instituteOwing to the restrictions imposed as a measure to control the spread of novel coronavirus in India, the authorities have introduced the facility of e-reporting. Candidates who are unable to report to the allotted institute physically can opt for this method. Such candidates must send a confirmatory mail to the official ID of the allotted institute along with the scanned copies of their documents. The authorities will verify the eligibility of such candidates on the basis of the documents sent via email. If the candidate is found eligible, the authorities will ask them to deposit the academic fee.
Candidates who can report to the institute must carry all their documents with them for the verification process, They will have to deposit the fees after the verification process is complete and must join the duty immediately.
