The Department of Medical Education (DME), Government of Madhya Pradesh has released seat allotment list for MP NEET 2021 mop-up round counselling round-2 on April 19 for BDS course. Fresh registration for MP NEET 2021 mop up round-2 counselling had started from April 11 to April 12. Earlier on March 31, MP NEET 2021 mop-up round counselling result was released.
Admission to the state quota seats of both, MBBS and BDS courses, is facilitated through the counselling of MP NEET 2021. A total of 37 government and private colleges will be participating in the counselling process. Candidates who have qualified NEET 2021, scoring minimum cut off marks are eligible to participate in the counselling process. MP NEET counselling will be conducted in four rounds, first, second, mop-up, and college-level rounds. The mop-up round for MP NEET 2021 counselling will be organised if any seats are left vacant after the second round.

Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of MP NEET 2021 need to fulfil the following eligibility requirement, set by DME:
Age: Applicant must be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2021. There is no upper age of the applicants.
Qualification: Applicant must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Biology, Chemistry and English as core subjects.
Domicile: Applicant must be domiciled in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Those who have completed their formal education from the state, but are not domiciled in MP, can also apply for MP NEET counselling 2021.
MP NEET 2021 Counselling Process Registration:Post the announcement of NEET result 2021, all those who have qualified for the examination and wish to participate in the counselling will have to register on the official website of DME. They must note that it is mandatory to register online to fill the application form for the counselling of MP NEET 2021.
Seat matrix and merit list:DME will release the list of participating institutes along with the seats available in them for each category. This seat matrix will be followed by the release of MP NEET state merit list. This merit list will include the names of all eligible candidates who had filled the application form for MP NEET 2021 counselling.
Choice Filling and locking:Candidates who have been included in the state merit list can proceed towards choice filling. To access the choice filling option, they will have to log in to the account created during the registration/application process. It is important to note that the candidate who fails to fill the desired choices will not be considered for the seat allotment process. They must also lock their choices before the last date to be considered for the next stages of MP NEET counselling 2021.
Seat allotment list:Based on the merit position of the candidate and the choices filled by them, DME will prepare the result for the counselling of MP NEET 2021. The result for MP NEET counselling 2021 is better known as the seat allotment list. DME will release a separate seat allotment list for every round of MP NEET 2021 counselling.
Document verification and confirmation of admission:Candidates who have been allocated a seat and want to continue with it will be required to report to the respective institute for document verification. They need to carry original certificates, with two attested copies, to the allocated institute for verification. They will also need to deposit the tuition fee for the current year to confirm admission.

MP NEET Counselling 2021 had started on December 22 with registration for round one. The last date for registration is January 21. The first step of Madhya Pradesh NEET counselling 2021 is registration where candidates have to register on the official website of DME to fill the application form. Candidates have to provide basic details like personal and academic information. Candidates must note that they will have to register separately for each round for Madhya Pradesh MBS/BDS counselling 2021. Candidates could fill choice for round one seat allotment process from January 23 to January 27. The seat allotment result for MP NEET 2021 counselling round one was uploaded online on January 31.
After the successful submission of the NEET counselling registration form, the conducting body will release the list of the registered candidates whose applications will be accepted. Candidates whose names will be included in the list have to report to the document verification centres if needed otherwise the documents verification will be done online.
After the document verification process, the candidates have to fill their choice of colleges priority-wise. A provisional merit list of shortlisted candidates will be then released for the first round of seat allotment. After this, the subsequent counselling rounds will take place depending upon the cut off and availability of seats.
