The Aliah University Admission Test is conducted by the Aliah University, Kolkata in order to offer students admission into various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses offered by the university. AUAT is conducted in offline mode (pen and paper test) and the duration of the entrance exam is 2 hours. Candidates have to register themselves online on the official website of Aliah University in order to fill the AUAT application forms.
AUAT Eligibility CriteriaCandidates interested in applying for the AUAT 2020 exam need to firstly meet the eligibility criteria as set by the Aliah University. Candidates who are found ineligible at any time of admission, will not be allowed to proceed further in the process. Step 1: Registration
The candidate will firstly have to register online on the official website of Aliah University in order to apply for the AUAT 2020 exam. The candidate will have to visit the Aliah University website and register themselves. The candidate will have to mention the required details in order to create a login ID and password. Once the details are entered, the candidate can proceed to fill the application form.
Step 2: Fill Application Form
The candidate can download the application form from the official website of Aliah University or can purchase the application form from the university in person as well. The candidate will have to fill the required information such as personal and academic details. Once all the details are filled, the candidate will have to upload the required documents (photograph & signature) and submit the form along with the application fee. Once the candidate has submitted the form, the aspirant has successfully applied for AUAT 2020.

Step 3: Admit Card
Candidates who have successfully filled and submitted the AUAT 2020 application form, will have to download their admit card from the official website of Aliah University. The candidate will have to login by entering their application form number and date of birth in order to download the AUAT admit card. Candidates are advised that the university will not send the admit card and the aspirant will have to download the AUAT admit card.

Step 4: Appear for AUAT exam
Candidates will then have to appear for the AUAT exam which is in offline mode (pen and paper test). Candidates are advised to go through the AUAT exam pattern, marking scheme and AUAT syllabus in order to ace the exam. It is mandatory for the candidate to carry their respective AUAT admit card to the allotted exam centre. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the entrance exam if found without the admit card.
Step 5: AUAT Result
The AUAT results are declared in the form of rank list which is based on the marks secured by the candidate in the AUAT exam. Merit lists will be released after the AUAT results have been announced. Candidates can view the AUAT results on the official website of the university once released.

Step 6: E-Counselling
Candidates’ names which are mentioned in the merit list will have to register themselves via e-counselling. The candidate will have to enter their application ID number and date of birth in order to login. The candidate will have to select the programs as per the preference of admission and pay a counselling fee. Once all formalities have been completed online, the candidate will have to appear in person for the counselling session at the university. The dates will be released online.
AUAT 2020 Exam CentresThe AUAT 2020 exam centres have not been released yet, however, candidates can refer to the 2019 AUAT exam centres which were conducted for UG programmes except BSc Nursing and BEd programme.

Application Form: The AUAT application form for UG programmes will be released online/offline on March 20, 2020. For PG courses, the application form will be available from May 15 onwards. Candidates can either download the application form or can purchase the application form from the university directly. The last date to submit the application form for UG programmes is April 20, 2020 and for PG programmes is June 15, 2020.
Admit Card: The AUAT admit card will be released online on the official website of Aliah University on June 21, 2020. Candidates are advised that the AUAT admit card will not be sent personally. The aspirant will have to download the admit card which is generally released a week before the AUAT exam.
AUAT 2020 exam: The AUAT exam for UG programmes will be conducted from June 27 to June 28, 2020. For PG programmes, the AUAT exam will be conducted from June 25 to June 26, 2020. Candidates are advised to go through the AUAT exam pattern, marking scheme and syllabus in order to do well in the exam.
AUAT 2020 Result: The results will be declared in the second week of July, 2020. The dates are yet to be announced by the university. AUAT E-Counselling: Candidates who have qualified i.e meet the cut off list, will have to register on the official website to lock the programme opted for. The candidate will then have to appear for the counselling session which will be conducted at Aliah University, Kolkata.
