AIET - All India Entrance Test

DPU AlET 2022 for MBA and BBA will be held on July 24. AIET 2022 is being conducted phase wise in online mode in remote proctor mode. The exam timing was 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM for both MBA and BBA courses. Candidates can fill the AIET 2022 application forms at the institute website till July 15. AIET 2022 phase 1 was conducted on March 27 and the result was announced on April 12. 

Dr DY Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune conducts an online proctored entrance test for admission to MBA and BBA programmes offered at its Global Buiness School and Research Centre. The All India Entrance Test (AIET) is conducted for selection of candidates to these programmes. Candidates having CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA scores can seek admission to MBA programme without having to appear for AIET. The entrance test is conducted in multiple phases.

AIET 2022 eligibility criteria for MBA programmes:

• Candidates must have cleared bachelor’s degree with minimum 50 per cent aggregate or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University (45 per cent for Reserved Category Candidates)
• Candidates in their final year or awaiting final year result are also eligible to apply

Eligibility Criteria for MBA Hospital & Health Systems or Management

For MBA Hospital & Health Systems or Management Degree Courses Under Allied Health Sciences should have completed any one of the following:

• Medical- MBBS
• Indian Medicine- BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, BNYS, BUMS
• Dental- BDS
• Allied Health Sciences - BSc (N), BPharm, BSc (MLT), BPT & BOT BSc

Eligibility Criteria for MBA Agribusiness Management Programme

• Candidates must have cleared bachelor’s degree in the field of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Agrochemicals, Diary Science/Technology, Fisheries, Food Science/Technology, Forestry, Horticulture or in other discipline but having keen interest and experience in Agribusiness or Graduate working in Agribusiness, NGOs and Co-Operative
• Candidates must have passed bachelor’s degree with minimum 50 per cent aggregate (45 per cent aggregate for Reserved category candidates)

Eligibility Criteria for BBA Programmes

Candidates must have passed Class 12 examination (HSC 10+2) from any stream as passing subject and has secured minimum 45 per cent in aggregate or equivalent.

Admission procedure for MBA programmes offered by Dr D Y Patil Global Business School and Research Centre includes five steps:

STEP 1: AIET 2022 application

Application forms for AIET 2022 have to be filled and submitted in online mode only. The application fee for both MBA and BBA programme is INR 1,300. The admit card for online proctor based test will be issued to candidates a few days before the exam day. 

STEP 2: AIET 2022

AIET MBA has five sections - English Language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, Test of Reasoning and Business Judgement, while BBA question paper has only first four sections. The duration of the test is 2 hours 30 minutes. Admit Card for the proctor based test will be available on the official website two weeks before the exam date.

STEP 3: Counselling/Group Discussion and Personal Interview

The Group Discussion/Personal Interview round for DPU MBA admission is held at the respective admission test centers after the written test. This year, theGD/PI round is expected to be held via video call. For BBA course, common counselling is conducted for seat allocation to aspirants.

STEP 4: AIET 2022 result

AIET 2022 result will be announced on the official website. Test takers can check their scores by using login IDs. Post declaration of results, merit list of successful candidates will be released.

STEP 5: Final selection for admission

Candidates can be offered admission on the basis of their performance in the written test and GD/PI. Upon selection, candidates can confirm admission before the last date.

Students appearing for the online proctored AIET 2022 need to follow the instruction mentioned below for the online proctored test:

1. For the online proctored test, candidates must keep their laptop/desktop ready at least a day before the exam
2. Candidates must have a computer system whose Operating System is Windows 8 and above
3. The bandwidth of the Internet connectivity must not be less than 1.5 mbps for glitch free experience
4. Check if the system has the latest browser installed in the system
5. Check if the webcam of the desktop or laptop is working fine. If it is not installed in the system, ensure to install it beforehand
6. Keep the DPU Entrance Test admit card and one more photo identity proof (authorized by the Government of India) ready for online document identification process
7. Dress formally for the test
8. Ensure the room in which you will be taking the test is well lit and disturbance free
