What is AEEE?Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham conducts a national level Engineering Entrance Examination to offer admissions to candidates in the institute’s four year BTech Degree programme known as Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE). Admission to BTech programmes offered at Amrita Schools of Engineering – Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Chennai, Amaravati will be on the basis of the rank scored in Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam 2022 or through rank scored in JEE Mains 2022 in any of the four sessions. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria for AEEE 2022 will be offered admissions in the educational institution’s BTech programmes through counselling, based on their ranks in the entrance examination. AEEE will be conducted in three phases in the month of April, May & June 2022. Candidates can attend the exam in any one of the phases ie, either in April/May/June.

AEEE Eligibility Criteria 2022To meet the eligibility criteria for the AEEE entrance exam 2022, candidates have to fulfil the below-mentioned pointers:
- Age: Candidates planning to take AEEE should be born on or after July 1, 2000
- Educational Qualification: Cleared their 10+2 (class XII) or its equivalent while securing an aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with not less than 55% marks in each of these three subjects.
- Candidates seeking admission with Pearson UG Entrance Examination score alone shall have an aggregate minimum of 75% in PCM with not less than 75% in Mathematics.

Below is the selection process for admission through Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam 2022:
Step 1: Register for AEEE 2022
To begin with, aspirants need to register for AEEE offline as well as online. The application fee of Rs. 1200 can be paid via net banking/ debit/credit card or DD(Demand Draft).
Step 2: Slot booking
Applicants have to do the AEEE 2022 slot booking to appear in the entrance exam. Admit cards can be downloaded after booking the slot.
Step 3: Download AEEE 2022 Admit Card
AEEE 2022 admit cards can be downloaded from the official website. To download the same, aspirants will need their application number and date of birth.
Step 4: Appear for AEEE entrance exam 2022
AEEE is conducted in online mode. Aspirants are advised to reach the exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the exam.
Step 5: Check AEEE 2022 exam result
AEEE 2022 result will be declared on the official website on a new date. The result will have a candidate's merit position, score-card with total marks, marks obtained in each subject.
Step 6: Appear for AEEE 2022 Counselling

AEEE 2022 exam: Important dates to remember- AEEE 2022 application dates: Amrita University has started AEEE registrations in online mode. Eligible candidates can apply for AEEE 2022 in online mode only. The application fee can be paid first through a Credit/Debit Card/ Net Banking.
