Assam PAT - Assam Polytechnic Admission Test

Assam PAT 2022 registration process has commenced at dte.assam.gov.in. Candidates will be able to fill out the online Assam PAT 2022 application form until June 10. Before registration, the candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria of Assam PAT 2022. The authorities will conduct Assam PAT 2022 on July 17 OR 24 as a pen-and-paper-based test. The final Assam PAT 2022 exam date will be announced at least 3 weeks prior to the examination. Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Assam conducts Assam Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) for admissions into three-year diploma courses in Engineering and Technology. Allotment of seats will be done based on Assam PAT scores along with other particulars.

The authorities have released the application form of Assam PAT 2022 online. No other means/mode of submission of the application form will be accepted. Candidates are advised to fill up the online Assam PAT application form 2022 well in advance, without waiting for the last date, to avoid the last-minute hassle. While filling out the application form, the candidates will have to provide their personal, academic and contact details. The required application fee also has to be paid online.

• Candidates of the General/OBC category should be of 20 years 6 months on December 31, 2022, while Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates should be 23 years 6 months on December 31, 2022.
• Candidate must pass the H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination with Mathematics and Science as a compulsory subject with 40% marks [average] in Mathematics and Science for General Candidates.
• 35% marks in Mathematics and Science for Schedule Caste Candidates.
• 33% marks in Mathematics and Science for Scheduled Tribes Candidates.
• For Institutions outside Assam upper age limit is 20 years 6 months on December 31, 2022.

Candidates are advised to follow the official Assam PAT syllabus 2022 to be well-prepared for the entrance examination. As per the syllabus of Assam PAT 2022, the students will have to study Mathematics and Science units and topics from the HSLC level (10th standard). Knowing the syllabus beforehand will prove to be beneficial to the students since they will know the topics that have to be studied for the examination. 

The authorities will soon release the Assam PAT exam pattern 2022 online for the reference of the candidates. Registered candidates will be able to access the admit card of Assam PAT 2022 online. Details such as name, roll number, application number, exam dates and timings, and exam day instructions will be available on the Assam PAT admit card 2022. While reporting to the exam centre, the candidates will be required to present their admit card along with identity proof. 

How to download Assam PAT admit card?

• Log on to dte.assam.gov.in and click on Online Application for Assam PAT 2022.
• On the next page, click on “Applicant Login” situated in the top Menu bar, and an Applicant Login Screen will appear.
• Sign into account using ‘Application Number’ and ‘Date of Birth’.
• Click on ‘Download Admit Card’.
• The admit card will be generated and take a printout of the admit card.

Candidates will be able to check their obtained scores and ranks through the Assam PAT result 2022. To access the Assam PAT result, the candidates will have to log in using their roll number and date of birth. No other mode will be used by the authorities to declare the authorities. Based on the performance of the candidates in the exam, allotment of seats will be considered. 

Qualified candidates will be able to participate in the process of Assam PAT counselling 2022. Candidates will have to register online and choose their preferred colleges and courses before the final date. Allotment of seats will be done based on rank, preferences and availability of seats. Confirmation of admissions has to be done before the final date. Candidates will have to verify their documents and pay the tuition fee to confirm their admission.
