What is HPU MAT?Himachal Pradesh University MBA Aptitude Test or HPU MAT is conducted by the Himachal Pradesh University Business School for candidates interested to pursue MBA courses offered by the institute. This state-level exam is conducted by this NAAC accredited 'A' Grade University to select students for admission to MBA course. HPU MAT exam score is, therefore, a very important factor for all the candidates to get an invitation for the second round of admission selection process (GD/PI round). HPU MAT is a paper-pencil based test of two-hour duration, which carries 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from four sections.

HPU MAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria- Candidates should have passed the Graduation degree course with a minimum of 50 per cent (45 per cent for reserved category students) marks from a recognised university,
- Candidates in their final year of Graduation and awaiting results may also apply for the exam, provided; they can present the passing certificate at the time of admission
- The maximum age limit for the course is 26 for boys and 28 for girls. SC/ST candidates, both boys and girls can apply up to the age of 29
