ICSI CS admit card 2022 has been released for CS Executive, CS Professional programme for the June session. Registered candidates can now download the admit card online.The exam is scheduled to be held from June 1 to June 10.
ICSI CSEET 2022 result for May session has been declared on May 18, 2022. The CSEET 2022 May session was held on May 7 and May 9, 2022 in online proctored mode. ICSI CSEET 2022 registrations have begun for July session. Candidates can now register for the CSEET July Session till June 15, 2022.
The ICSI CS 2022 Foundation programme examination for the June session will be held in remote proctored mode. The exam for foundation programme is scheduled to be held on June 15 and June 16, 2022.
What is ICSI CS Exam?The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, constituted under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, is a government recognized body that produces Company Secretaries in India.
The course of Company Secretaryship was introduced in 1960 by the Company Law Board. The ICSI was created in 1968 and took over from the Company Law Board to conduct the exam. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) was then converted into a statutory body w.e.f. 1.1.1981 under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980.
The CS certification includes three levels of which one has to appear for three exams:

Every candidate, who is declared 'pass' in Professional Programme Examination in addition to acquiring practical experience, shall be required to undergo compulsory practical training for four months.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has granted postgraduate level degree status to ICSI CS programme. According to UGC, students who qualify ICSI CS programme will now be treated equivalent to postgraduate degree holders. The official order by UGC states, "UGC had received requests from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) to consider the qualification awarded to by them that is CS equivalent to post-graduation degree." To consider this, a committee was constituted by UGC. The commission considered the recommendation of the expert committee and resolved that CS will be considered equivalent to PG degrees.
What is CSEET Exam?CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is the qualifying entrance test for registration to the CS Executive programme. CSEET is conducted for students seeking admission to Company Secretaryship Course. CSEET exam test the aptitude for the Company Secretary profession. Students who have passed 12th (in any stream) will be eligible to appear for CSEET. To be a part of Company Secretary course, every student must go through the CSEET exam.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has begun the registration for CSEET 2022 July session. Candidates desiring to be a part of CS course must register for the CSEET exam July session. The CSEET 2022 application form is available in online mode only. Candidates must fill the online application form for May session on or before June 15, 2022.
CS Executive Application Form 2022The registration for CS Executive programme began on November 30, 2021, for June session 2022 (both modules). ICSI CS Executive programme registration is open throughout the year for the exam conducted in June and December.
CS Professional Application Form 2022The CS Professional programme application form is available till January 31 for June 2022 examination. The application form of CS Professional programme is also open through out the year.
ICSI Eligibility Criteria 2022 Executive Programme Eligibility- Now CSEET will be a mandatory qualifying test for all categories of students for registration to the Executive Programme except a few exempted categories.
- The candidate's age must not be less than 17 years on the date of application
- To be eligible for CSEET, candidates must have completed Class 12
- Graduate/Post Graduate candidates who were eligible to seek registration directly to the Executive Programme will also have to qualify CSEET to become eligible for registration to Executive Programme.
The following categories of students are exempted from qualifying CSEET and can seek registration directly to the Executive Programme:

Qualifying Cut off
Candidates need to secure an aggregate of 50% and a minimum of 40% in each subject in CSEET.
Professional ProgrammeProfessional Programme is the final level in Company Secretaryship. Candidates who have cleared their Foundation and Executive Programmes are eligible to undertake Professional Programme.
Eligibility:
The candidate is supposed to register for the Professional Programme nine months prior to the month in which the examination commences to be able to be admitted to the programme.
A candidate registered six months prior to the examination month may be allowed to appear in any one or two module(s) of the Professional Programme.
The candidate must have undergone postal or oral tuition for the modules in which he/she intends to appear in the examination.

Qualifying cutoff: For all Modules:
- A candidate will be declared passed if he/she secures in one sitting a minimum of 40 per cent in each of the papers and 40 per cent in aggregate of all the papers.
- A candidate will be declared passed is he/she has passed any one or more modules of Professional examination under old syllabus and secures in one sitting at least 40% marks in each of the remaining papers and 50% marks in aggregate.
For one Module:
- The candidate is required to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each of the papers and 50% per cent marks in aggregate, which will be declared ‘pass’ in the Professional Programme.
- If a candidate who has failed in one subject, but got a minimum of 60% of the total marks of the remaining subjects of the module, shall be declared ‘pass’ if he/she secures a minimum of 50% interest.
- The syllabus for each level of ICSI CS course is prescribed differently. CSEET is the entrance exam which is conducted for a duration of 120 minutes. The syllabus for CSEET has been prescribed by the authorities The syllabus oF CSEET is divided into four subjects viz., Business Communication, Legal Aptitude and LOgical Resoning, Economic and Business Environment and Current Affairs.
- The ICSI releases the syllabus for ICSI CS Executive programme. As per the ICSI CS executive programme syllabus, candidates will have to prepare for 2 modules. Each module consists of four papers. Candidates can check the detailed syllabus for ICSI CS executive programme here.
- The syllabus for ICSI CS professional programme is also divided into 3 modules and each module consists of three papers. Candidates can appear for the modules as per their preference.
The ICSI announces the result for ICSI CS exam online. Registered candidates are required to enter the registration id and roll number to download the result/scorecard. The result of ICSI CS mentions the candidates personal details and marks obtained in each subject.

Fee concession:
Candidates of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes categories are required to pay half the amount of the total application fee.
Only Registration/ Admission Fee will be charged from physically handicapped students. They will have to pay only 25% of the examination fee charged from General category candidates.
Compulsory Practical Training:
Every candidate who will be declared ‘pass’ in Professional Programme Examination in addition to acquiring practical experience, shall be required to undergo compulsory practical training for four months.
