What is JEECE?Jharkhand Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination (JEECE) is conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) to offer admission to candidates in undergraduate engineering degree courses offered in the state of Jharkhand. JEECE is conducted only for admission to BTech Dairy Technology and Agricultural Engineering and admission to other BTech courses are offered admissions into various colleges in Jharkhand based on their rank in JEE Main.

The authorities will release the online JEECE application form 2022 for all eligible candidates. JEECE 2022 Eligibility CriteriaCandidates have to fulfill multiple eligibility criteria in order to take admission through JEECE 2022. Candidates who does not fulfill any of the below mentioned JEECE eligibility criteria will be disqualified for admissions during counselling. The eligibility criteria for JEECE 2022 is as follows:
Criteria 1– Educational QualificationCandidates are eligible to apply for JEECE 2022 if they:
- Have cleared their Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Have studied Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subject as well as Chemistry or Biology as optional subjects.
- Have secured minimum aggregate of 45% in their qualifying exam if they are from general category. However, reserved category candidates have to secure a minimum aggregate of 40%.
- Must have cleared JEE Main entrance exam with good marks
The eligibility criteria for JEECE 2022 states that candidates have to be permanent residents of Jharkhand in order to be eligible to appear for this engineering entrance exam.
Criteria III – Age Limit- Candidates have to ensure that apply for JEECE 2022 on time.
- Candidates are eligible for admissions in engineering colleges in Jharkhand on the basis of choices made/selected by them in their application form along with their performance in JEE Main 2022.
