JKLU-MET - JK Lakshmipat University Management Entrance Test

JKLU MET 2022 exam is not being conducted. JK Lakshmipat University is not offering the Pinnacle MBA course for the admission session 2022-23. However, the admission authorities have confirmed that the course shall be offered in the further admission sessions. The admissions into other degree and diploma courses of JKLU are based on entrance exams conducted at national level or university level exams.

JK Lakshmipat University Management Entrance Test (JKLU-MET) conducted by JK Lakshmipat University is a gateway for admission to the Pinnacle MBA programmes offered by the University. The exam aims at assessing the candidate’s analytical reasoning, data adequacy, data interpretation, quantitative techniques, reading comprehension and vocabulary skills.

JKLU offers Pinnacle MBA programmes with the following specialisations:

• Marketing
• Human Resource Management
• Information Technology
• International Business
• Operations Management

For admission to the Pinnacle MBA course, the first preference is given to the candidates having a valid score in CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, and ATMA. However, candidates who have not appeared in any of these MBA entrance tests need to clear JKLU MET Entrance Test 2022.

Step 1: Fill in the Application form

Aspirants who wish to appear for JKLUMET 2022 need to fill the application form. The same can be obtained online as well as offline. Candidates must check their eligibility before filling the form.

The application fee for JKLUMET is INR 1,000 which is payable through any of the following modes:

• Credit Card
• Debit card
• Demand Draft 

Step 2: Download JKLUMET Admit Card

Admit cards will be issued to candidates who register successfully for the exam. It must be noted that the JKLUMET admit card is an important document, and the same needs to be carried to the exam hall. The candidates can download their admit cards from the official website.

Step 3: Appear for JKLUMET 

In the JKLUMET exam, the candidates have to solve 100 multiple choice questions based on Quantitative Aptitude (QA) & Data Interpretation (DI), English Language & Logical Reasoning, Decision Making, and General Knowledge.

Step 4: Check JKLUMET Result

The result of JKLUMET is generally declared within one month from the date of the exam, and the same will be displayed on the official website. To check the result, candidates need to visit the official website and enter their login credentials. 

Step 5: Group Discussion & Personal Interview

Test-takers who clear the exam successfully will be called for the GD and PI rounds. The final merit list of students is prepared on the basis of the scores obtained in the entrance test/National level exams, GD and PI.

Step 6: Counselling

Once the GD and PI rounds are over, a list of shortlisted candidates will be prepared by the officials. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend the counselling session where verification of documents will be done. It must be noted that the presence of the candidate in person is important at the time of counselling. 

• JKLUMET 2022 will be conducted at various locations across India
• Candidates will get the option of choosing their preferred exam centre at the time of filling the application form
• Candidates must make sure that they choose their option carefully as the option cannot be edited later
• The address of the allotted exam centre will be printed on the admit card
• Candidates must note that the institute has the right to change the exam centre according to the availability of seats

Candidates must try and reach their respective exam centres at least an hour before the reporting time. Candidates who are new to the place should consider checking the venue a day before the exam day.
