Karnataka PGCET - Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test

Karnataka PGCET 2022 exam is conducted for admission to MBA/MCA, MTech, MArch, courses offered by colleges in Karnataka. KEA conducts Karnataka PGCET 2022 for MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech and M.Arch admissions in Karnataka. The Karnataka PGCET admission process involves multiple events including the application process, application form correction, the release of hall ticket, Karnataka PGCET exam, the publication of the PGCET answer key, declaration of result and more. Karnataka PGCET registrations typically start in the month of June. However, in the previous session, the Karanataka PGCET application forms were released on September 3. The Karnataka PGCET 2022 application process is being held entirely online. Candidates can visit the official website of KEA (kea.kar.nic.in) to complete the PGCET registrations as per the schedule. The last date to fill the Karnataka PGCET 2022 application form is approximately 20 days from the start date.

Karnataka PGCET 2022 Application Form Correction

Besides the registration, KEA also hosts the Karnataka PGCET application form correction window. The window is available for a span of four days. Candidates were able to edit the incorrect information (if any) filled during the registration process.

KEA will release the Karnataka PGCET hall ticket online for all the candidates who filled the application form before the last date. As per the Karnataka PGCET information brochure, the hall ticket is released 10 days prior to the exam date. The hall ticket of Karnataka PGCET 2022 hosts details related to the exam including the test centre details, Karnataka PGCET exam date, personal details related to the applicant and some exam day guidelines. Candidates can download the Karnataka PGCET admit card until the examination day.

KEA will conduct the Karnataka PGCET exam in the month of November. The exam for MBA and MCA courses are conducted on a same day. While the exam for admission to M.E., M.Tech and M.Arch courses are conducted on a single day. KEA releases the Karnataka PGCET exam dates along with the release of the information brochure. The exam for all the courses shall be conducted in an offline mode. Irrespective of the course, Karnataka PGCET 2022 exam will have as many as 100 multiple-choice questions.

KEA will release the Karnataka PGCET answer key in two phases. Initially, KEA will release the provisional answer key within 10 days of the exam date. The provisional answer key of Karnataka PGCET 2022 exam will have answers to all the questions that appeared in the exam. Candidates will be able to raise objections against these answers. Subject matter experts will review the challenges and further release a final answer key. The Karnataka PGCET 2022 final answer key will be released along with the result.

KEA will release the Karnataka PGCET result along with the final answer key in the month of December. With the exam to be held in the second week of November, candidates can predict the release date of the Karnataka PGCET 2022 result in the third week of December. The results date for the Karnataka PGCET exam will be released on the official website, i.e. kea.kar.nic.in.
