PULEET is the short form of Panjab University Lateral Engineering Entrance Test. It is organized by the admission authority of Panjab University, Chandigarh for admission to the second year of four-year Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. The courses offered under BE programme are Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Biotechnology, Electrical & Electronics and Mechanical Engineering.

The application form will be released online. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be able to submit PULEET 2022 application form until the last date only. Candidates should fill the application form with correct details only otherwise it will be liable for rejection. They should not send the application form through any mode other than online. The application process encompasses various stages like registration, filling the application form, uploading photo & signature, fee payment, etc.

• Candidates should have passed Diploma in Engineering of minimum three years duration with 60% (55% for SC/ST/BC/PwD) after class 10 with Physics and Mathematics or 
• Candidates should have passed Diploma in Engineering (min. two years) with 60% (55% for SC/ST/BC/PwD) after Class 12 or
• Candidates who have passed DVoc from a Polytechnic college/institute with 60% (55% for SC/ST/BC/PwD) will be eligible for admission to the second year of BE program in the same stream only.
• Candidates should not have passed the qualifying exam before 2019.
• Candidates should have cleared the compartment in Diploma in Engineering before applying for the exam.

The admit card will be issued to the eligible candidates only. They will be able to download their admit card by using the login credentials. The application form of PULEET will be available online in last week of June 2022. Candidates will be able to fill PULEET application form 2022 and deposit the fee in any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) using website generated challan until the last date.
