What is RUASAT?The MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) conducts the RUAT Admission Test (AT) in order to offer students admission in undergraduate courses which are offered at the university in applied sciences. RUASAT 2020 will be conducted in offline mode i.e pen and paper test. The national-level entrance test will be conducted on May 13, 2020. Students are required to register and apply online from the official website of Ramaiah University.
RUASAT Eligibility CriteriaStudents need to meet the set eligibility criteria by University in order to apply for admission at the varsity. Foreign students seeking admission should have equivalent qualification and must be proficient in English. Candidates must have a minimum TOEFL score. RUASAT Admission ProcessAspirants can go through the following admission process which begins right from the registration process till the counselling session.
Step 1: Registration
Students will have to visit the official website of Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences in order to register online. The candidate will have to search and click on the ‘Admissions’ tab present. Once the candidate has registered, the aspirant has a login ID and password which they have to use in order to apply online.
Step 2: Fill and Submit RUASAT Application Form
Once the candidate has successfully registered and has created an ID and password, the candidate can proceed to fill the application form. Students will have to enter the details as required on the RUASAT application form and upload their respective passport size photographs and signatures. Candidates are advised to fill the application form correctly. Pay the application fee online via net banking/credit card/debit card. Once the formalities are completed, the candidate has officially applied for RUASAT.

Step 3: Admit Card
Students who have successfully filled and submitted the RUASAT application forms can avail the admit card (hall ticket) from the official website of the university as well. The student will have to register online in order to avail the admit card. The admit card is an important document which needs to be carried to the exam centre.

Step 4: Appear for RUASAT 2020
The RUASAT 2020 will be conducted on May 13, 2020. Students are advised to carry their admit card and should reach the exam centre well on time. The exam time is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Candidates who are late to the exam centre, will not be allowed to sit for the entrance test.
Step 5: Results
The RUASAT 2020 results will be announced online on the official website once the entrance test has been conducted. The candidate’s scores and rank will be mentioned in the scorecard.

Step 6: Counselling
Students who make the merit list, will be called for the counselling session which will be conducted in the university. There will be different phases of counselling, depending on the seats left and the merit list.

Q. Is the application fee paid online or offline?
A. The RUASAT application fee can only be paid online. The application fee is Rs 1,250.

Dates Section:The dates for the 2020/21 academic session have been released and the RUASAT application forms are available online on the official website of the MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. The last date to register and fill the application form is till May 31, 2020. The option to edit the application forms will be available soon. Students should carefully go through the exam pattern, marking scheme and syllabus before appearing for the entrance test.
RUASAT Result: The RUASAT 2020 results will be announced on the official website of the Ramaiah university once the exam has been conducted. The results will be released in the form of a scorecard.
