What is SMAT?SMAT or Shiv Nadar University Management Admission Test is an entrance exam conducted by Shiv Nadar University for admissions to its I-Global MBA programme. The comprehensive entrance test SMAT is conducted for shortlisting of candidates for MBA admission. The varsity also offers admission based on candidate's score in GMAT/NMAT by GMAC exams. - Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50 per cent aggregate or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Candidates awaiting their final year (bachelor's degree) result can also apply, provided they can present the final year result latest by November 30, 2022.
- ICAI, ICSI, ICWA qualifiers are also eligible to apply for SMAT.
STEP 1: Application process
Aspirants can apply for SMAT 2022 by filling an online application form available on the official website. They will be required to pay a non-refundable application fees of INR 1,200.
STEP 2: SMAT 2022 Admit card
SMAT 2022 admit card will be made available for download at least a week before the exam date. Registered candidates will be informed about the exam schedule through official communication. Admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall, hence every candidate must download their admit cards before the exam.
STEP 3: SMAT 2022
SMAT 2022 will be held on the scheduled date at various exam centres. The candidates will be informed about their respective exam centres in advance. Those who will pass SMAT 2022 will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview round.
STEP 4: SMAT 2022 results
SMAT 2022 results will be announced in the month of June. Test takers can check their results on the official website. Post the announcement of results, a merit list and PI schedule will be announced. Selected candidates will have to be present in person for PI to complete the screening process for admission.
STEP 5: Personal Interview
This session is conducted to evaluate candidate’s ability to handle various business situations.
