Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) in order to provide admission to candidates in postgraduate courses offered by its campus and affiliated colleges. Regular (R) and Self-Finance (SF) PG courses (along with their test code and name) in which admissions are done basis SVUCET scores. The SVUCET is a university level entrance exam which is conducted annually in order to offer student admission in postgraduate courses which are offered at the university. The entrance exam is conducted in offline mode i.e. pen and paper test. The duration of the entrance exam is 90 minutes.
SVUCET Eligibility CriteriaIn order to get admission students must meet the eligibility criteria set. Candidates must pass their qualifying exam with at least of 40% marks in the concerned subject. However, an exception is for candidates applying for MSc Tech in Hydrogeology course. Such candidates should score minimum 50% marks in MSc, informs the official website.

Step 1: Fill SVUCET Application Form
For SVUCET 2021 registrations, candidates need to fill the application form in the online mode on the official website of the exam. After filling the form, candidates need to take a printout of it and submit (either in person or by registered post) it along with other prescribed documents at the DOA (Directorate of Admissions) office.
It may be noted that before candidates submit the printed copy of their form, they need to pay SVUCET 2021 application fee in the online (debit card/ credit card/ net banking) or offline (SBI Challan) mode.

Step 2: Download SVUCET Admit Card
Candidates can download SVUCET 2021 admit card from the official website of the exam by entering their application number mentioned in the student copy of the registration form.
It may be noted that admit cards will not be sent by post to any candidate.

Step 3: Appear for SVUCET Exam
Next, candidates need to give SVUCET 2021 exam at the allotted exam centre. SVUCET is a 90 minute duration exam and contains objective questions.

Step 4: Check SVUCET Result
Sri Venkateswara University will declare course-wise SVUCET 2021 result/ merit list on its official website once the exam is over. SVUCET merit list contains the roll numbers and marks of all candidates who have appeared for the entrance exam.
Step 5: Download SVUCET Rank Card
Candidates can download SVUCET 2021 rank card from the official website of the exam after the result is declared.
It may be noted that there are no qualifying marks in SVUCET entrance test. All candidates who appear for the written exam are awarded test-wise rank as per marks secured in their concerned test, informs the official website.
Step 6: Appear for SVUCET Counselling
Finally, candidates will be allotted seats in their respective courses and colleges through SVUCET 2021 web counselling.
SVUCET Exam Centres
SVUCET 2021 is scheduled to be conducted in the cities of Tirupati and Kurnool. However, "Entrance tests for which the number of applicants is less than 750 will be conducted at Tirupati only," informs the official website. Exact SVUCET exam centre details will be mentioned on the admit card of candidates.

Application Form: The SVUCET 2021 application form has not been released yet. Candidates can apply online for SVUCET, fill the details as required and upload their documents. The application fee is Rs 500. Candidates can submit the application form with a late fee of Rs 500 after missing out on the deadline.
Admit Card: Candidates who successfully fill and submit the application form, can avail their admit card once released online on the official website of the university. The admit card will contain the details of the candidate as mentioned on the application form. The hall ticket is an important document which needs to be carried to the exam centre.
SVUCET Exam: The SVUCET 2021 exam date has not been released yet. Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre well in time and should have their admit card. Students should carefully go through the exam pattern, marking scheme and syllabus before appearing for the entrance test.
SVUCET Result: The SVUCET 2021 results date has not been declared yet. The results will be released in a form of a merit list which will contain the names of qualified candidates rank wise.
SVUCET Counselling: The counselling schedule will be released shortly after the SVUCET results have been announced. The counselling session will have different phases, where candidates are required to complete the admission process rank wise.
