SRMJEEE 2022: SRMIST is accepting SRMJEEE 2022 phase 3 applications online till June 20. SRMJEEE phase 3 exam will be conducted on June 25 and 26. The exam is being conducted in three phases. Aspirants can check all the important dates related to the SRMJEEE exam below.

SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination or SRMJEEE is conducted by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) twice a year for admission to BTech programmes offered by the institute. SRMJEEE is a university-level exam that acts as a common entrance examination for all SRM Group institutes and universities located at Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, NCR – Ghaziabad, Ramapuram Part – Vadapalani, Amravati, Haryana, and Sikkim.

SRMJEEE 2022 application forms are available now and can be filled online through the official website. Candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below to complete the registration process for the exam:

Step-1: Visit the official website of SRMJEEE admissions: https://applications.srmist.edu.in

Step-2: Register by entering the email id, address and other details

Step-3: After registration, fill the application form online by entering all the other details required

Step-4: Pay the application fees in online mode

Candidates aspiring for the exam must fulfil the SRMJEEE 2022 eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for SRMJEEE 2022 are the conditions that every candidate needs to fulfil if they want to appear for the entrance test. Candidates should check the eligibility conditions before filling the application form for the entrance exam.  

• Aspirants must be a Resident Indian, Non-Resident Indian (NRI), holder of PIO or OCI card issued by the Government of India
• NRIs, holders of PIO or OCI card issued by the Government of India who has not taken the SRMJEEE (UG) must apply under the International student category only
• Candidate must have completed 17 years of age as of December 31 of the admission year

Faculty of Engineering and Technology:

• All BTech programmes: 

• For Kattankulathur, Ramapuram and Vadapalani campuses: Minimum 60 % aggregate in PCM   

• For NCR, Delhi campus: Minimum 55 % aggregate in PCM                 

  (i)Passed in Higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern ) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects in regular stream from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS.

  (ii)International Baccalaureate (IB) with Diploma, or A-level with Mathematics, Physics, and chemistry as major subjects in any International schools within India

• BTech Biotechnology, BTech Biomedical Engineering, and BTech Genetic Engineering: 

         For Kattankulathur, Ramapuram and Vadapalani campuses: Minimum 60 % aggregate in PCM/PCB

         For NCR, Delhi campus: Minimum 55 % aggregate in PCM / PCB

  (i) Passed Higher Secondary examination (10+2 pattern ) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with Physics, Chemistry and  Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology as major subjects in regular stream from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS

  (ii)International Baccalaureate (IB) with Diploma, or A-level with Physics, Chemistry,  Mathematics or Biology as major subjects in any International schools within India

• Note: Only those Candidates who have passed the  above qualifying examination in not more than 2 attempts including an appearance for improvement will be considered for admission

Step-1: Fill SRMJEEE (UG) Application Form

Aspirants have to fill the SRMJEEE (UG) application form online only on the official website of the SRM Institute of Science & Technology. Along with the application form, candidates also need to submit the SRMJEEE (UG) 2022 application fee in online mode through internet banking/credit card/debit card. Candidates can fill the application form offline. 

Students will be required to upload the scanned photographs, signature, and other necessary documents while filling the SRMJEEE 2022 Application Form. Candidates must take the printout of the SRMJEEE 2022 Application Form confirmation page. 

Step-2: SRMJEEE (UG) Slot booking

In 2022, aspirants need to book a slot for SRMJEEE (UG). Students must choose a slot in a way that no other exam clashes with it. SRMJEEE 2022 slot booking must be done within the scheduled dates.

Step-3: Download SRMJEEE (UG) Admit Card

In 2022, aspirants must download their SRMJEEE (UG) admit card as per the schedule. The admit card is a mandatory document to appear for the exam and the seat allotment process. 

Step-4: Appear for SRMJEEE (UG)

The SRMJEEE 2022 will be conducted in three phases by SRM University as per the schedule in the article above. It is a University level entrance test conducted thrice a year to offer admission into the BTech Programmes in the SRM University and its different campuses. 

Step-5: Check SRMJEEE (UG) 2022 Result

The institute will upload SRMJEEE (UG) 2022 result on its official website. Aspirants qualifying for the entrance exam will then be called for the counselling process. Tentative dates for the result announcement for all three phases are given in the article above.

Step-6: Appear for SRMJEEE (UG) Counselling

Finally, all shortlisted candidates will be called for the counselling rounds. In the counselling round, all candidates will be allotted seats in their respective courses.

SRMJEEE 2022 Syllabus includes topics from five subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology, English and Aptitude. Physics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude are compulsory, students can choose Mathematics or Biology section as per their course requirement. Questions for all the subjects will be based on the syllabus of Class 1. English question papers will be based on small comprehension and passages. Aptitude includes questions from topics such as number system, profit and loss, number system, geometry, etc.

SRMJEEE pattern has been announced by the SRMIST along with the release of the application form. The exam will have questions from five subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English, and Aptitude. The exam will be conducted according to the prescribed SRMJEEE 2022 exam pattern and prescribed syllabus for the entrance test. SRM institute will also release the SRMJEEE 2022 syllabus which will be the basis of questions asked in the entrance test. SRMJEEE 2022 will be a 2 hours 30 minutes online (computer-based) test having a total of 125 questions distributed under different sections.

SRMJEEE 2022 exam day guidelines will be mentioned on the SRMJEEE admit card. Aspirants' are advised to go through the exam day instructions carefully to avoid any last hassle.

SRMJEEE will be conducted online. Thus, candidates need not carry any kind of stationery to the exam centre. They can, however, carry a ballpoint pen for rough work. 

Documents required

Aspirants appearing for SRMJEEE 2022 must ensure that they carry their respective admit cards to the exam centre. Along with the SRMJEEE admit card, aspirants must carry one valid, state/central government-issued photo identification card. The documents that can be carried are:

• Driving license
• Aadhaar card
• PAN card
• Passport
• Voter ID

• Watches
• Jewellery
• Cell Phones
• Calculators etc 

SRMJEEE 2022 mock test has been released by the SRMIST for the second phase. With the help of the SRMJEEE mock tests, candidates can get acquainted with the exam pattern and the types of questions asked in the exam. The candidates can access the SRMJEEE mock test 2022 on the official website only. To attempt the test, the applicants have to provide their user name and password as per the admit card.

Slot booking is conducted separately for all three phases. At the time of SRMJEEE slot booking 2022, students have to select their preferred date and timing from the list of available options. The options of date and time depending on the exam city entered by candidates will be displayed in their SRMJEEE application form. To book slots, aspirants will be required to log in to the SRMIST's slot booking portal with their registered email ID and password. Remember, SRMJEEE slot booking will be done on a first come first serve basis. 

SRMJEEE admit card 2022 will be released by the SRMIST immediately after the slot booking. As the exam will now be conducted in three phases, SRMIST will release the phase-wise slot booking and admit card release date soon. SRMJEEE 2022 Admit Card is a mandatory document for appearing in the exam point of view. Candidates are not allowed to appear in the exam without the admit card. Moreover, SRMJEEE 2022 hall ticket is also required to appear in the counselling and admission process for the institute's different campuses. Candidates were advised to download their admit card of SRMJEEE 2022 within the specified date and take multiple printouts of it for future reference.

SRMJEEE 2022 Result

SRMJEEE results for all phases will be announced soon after the exams. The SRMJEEE result can be checked from the official website of the institution by entering the application number and password. SRMJEEE result 2022 will comprise details such as marks secured by the candidate, qualifying status and procedure for participating in the counselling process. Students who qualify for the exam will be eligible for admission to the institute, subject to meeting other eligibility criteria.

SRMJEEE 2022 Counselling

The institute will conduct counselling for admission of the deserving, SRMJEEE 2022 qualified candidates. Students will be called for SRMJEEE counselling as per the schedule which will be released after the announcement of the result.
