SGVUEE 2022: Suresh Gyan Vihar University Entrance Examination, also known as SGVUEE will be conducted tentatively in June. The university will soon release the notification and information brochure for SGVUEE 2022. Registrations for the exam will start tentatively from April. SGVUEE 2022 will be conducted online as a Computer Based Test. The examination will contain objective/multiple-choice questions and the total duration of the paper will be 3 hours. Questions in SGVUEE 2022 will be asked from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The syllabus of the exam consists of CBSE class 11 and 12 topics of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Step-1: Application Form Filling: The candidate needs to fill out the required registration part as mentioned in the application form. Select the program of his/her choice and click on the submit button to proceed to the next page to complete the remaining application process. A system-generated email, mentioning the candidate’s unique student id (SID), 6-digit password and other important instructions will be sent instantly to the e-mail id provided by the candidate.

Step-2: Application Fee Payment: Having entered the aforementioned information, the candidate then has to pay the application process fee of INR 850. A detail for the mode of payment is as follows:

• If applying online, candidates can pay the fee online using a Credit Card, Debit Card or through Net Banking
• If applying offline, candidates can submit a DD (in favour of Suresh Gyan Vihar University payable at Jaipur) or a Challan (generate a copy of the challan form online) that can be deposited at any Axis Bank branch across the country. Users can also deposit the application fee in cash at the University’s Finance Department.

Step-3: Choosing Center and Slot for SGVUEE: A link will be sent to the candidate to choose the centre and city along with the date & time slot for the entrance test Gyan Vihar School Admission Test (SGVUEE).

Step-4: Appear in SGVUEE 2022 Exam: Candidates will be required to appear in the test as per the date and schedule chosen by them. The ranks obtained by candidates in the test will be the basis of getting shortlisted for the VGUEEE 2022 counselling

Step-5: SGVUEE 2022 Counselling: The information of counselling date to the selected candidate will be sent through SMS/mail. At the time of counselling, a candidate has to bring all original documents along with the latest passport size colour photograph and a DD of Rs 15,000 drawn in favour of “Suresh Gyan Vihar University” payable at Jaipur.

Step-6: Submission of Documents and Fee Payment: As the last step of admission, candidates will be required to submit all the required documents and the remaining fee at the university on the given date.

Suresh Gyan Vihar University will release the application form for SGVUEE 2022 tentatively in February first week. The application form will be available online on the university website as well as offline on the admission office of the university or can be downloaded from the website. Candidates will be able to fill out the application form in both online and offline mode as per their choice.

The syllabus of SGVUEE is similar to class 11 and 12 topics of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates preparing for the exam can study from the topics included in class 11 and 12 board exams. Also, the difficulty level of the exam will be similar to the CBSE class 12 boards. Students should prepare for SGVUEE 2022 accordingly.

Suresh Gyan Vihar University will conduct the exam online as a Computer Based Test in various cities across the country. However, considering the COVID situation, the exam might be held online as a home-based remote proctored exam.  

The question paper will contain 90 Multiple Choice Questions, 30 each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The total duration of the exam will be 90 minutes and there will be no negative marking.

The admit card for SGVUEE will be released a few days before the exam date. Admit cards will be available online on the university website. Candidates will be required to login to the website using their application number and password for downloading their admit card.

Details about exam date and time, address of the exam centre, candidates basic details like name, signature, photo and exam day guidelines will be mentioned in the admit card. Candidates must note that they have to carry their admit card to the exam centre on the day of the exam without which they will not be allowed to appear in the exam. If the exam will be held as a home-based remote proctored test, candidates will be sent links to the exam through email.

Suresh Gyan Vihar University will release the result of SGVUEE 2022 after a few days of the conclusion of the exam. Results will be announced online on the university website. Candidates will be required to login to the website using their application number and password for checking their results. Candidates who will be declared qualified will be eligible for admission to the BTech courses in the university. 

The counselling will be conducted around 10-15 days after the announcement of the results. SGVUEE 2022 counselling will be held online. All qualified candidates will be required to register for participating in the counselling. The allotment of seats will be on the basis of SGVUEE scores. Candidates having scored in JEE Main can also participate in the counselling.
