SLS AIAT - Symbiosis All India Admission Test

SLS AIAT 2022 - The Symbiosis International University (SIU) has extended the last date of AIAT exam 2022 application form till May 31. Candidates can pay the application fee for SLS LLM and LLB courses before the last date. SLS AIAT 2022 will be conducted on June 12 as an online home based proctored test. The admit card of SLS AIAT 2022 will be issued to all applicants by June 9. The Symbiosis All India Admission Test (AIAT) commonly known as SLS AIAT is conducted by the Symbiosis International University (SIU) for admission to three-year LLB course offered at SLS Pune, and LLM courses at SLS Hyderabad, SLS Nagpur, SLS Noida, and SLS Pune. The entrance exam is being conducted in a Home-based Online Proctored mode. There are 250 seats in the LLM course, and 60 seats in the LLB course. 

The eligibility criteria for AIAT exam is as under: 

The minimum eligibility criteria for LLB course admission at SLS Pune is as under:

• Candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university 
• They should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination in one attempt 
• Those belonging to SC/ ST category should have obtained 40% marks in one attempt
• Candidates who have re-appeared/ taken compartment examination for the qualifying degree are not eligible
• Candidates awaiting for the final year degree examination results are also eligible to apply, however, they should be able to submit their marksheet at the time of counselling

The minimum eligibility criteria for SLS LLM course admission is as under:

• Candidate should have obtained a five-year of three-year LLB degree from any recognized university 
• They should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in their law degree
• Those belonging to SC/ ST category should have obtained 40% marks to be eligible
• Candidates awaiting results for the final year LLB degree examination are also eligible to apply, however, they should be able to submit their marksheet at the time of counselling

The admission process of AIAT 2022 will be conducted as mentioned below: 

Step 1: Registration - Candidates have to apply for AIAT 2022 at the SIU website. They can click on the link for AIAT LLM or AIAT LLB as given on the website. 

Step 2: Admit card download - All the registered candidates will be issued admit card for AIAT mentioning the id and password for home-based test system.

Step 3: Appear for Examination - Candidates have to appear for AIAT exam from the comfort of their home as per the scheduled date and time. 

Step 4: Call letter for Personal Interaction - Next, candidates will be issued call letter for AIAT 2022 

Step 5: Personal Interaction - Candidates have to appear for online Personal Interaction as per the schedule. The link for PI will be shared in the call letter. 

Step 6: Merit list publication - The institute will release the merit list on the basis of combined marks of the AIAT exam, and PI. The candidates will be shortlisted for final seat allotment process after their documents are verified.
