UPCATET 2022 application correction window has closed on May 11. Originally, the last date for application correction was May 5. This was extended along with the extension of the UPCATET 2022 application process from April 30 to May 10. The application correction window for UPCATET 2022 had opened on May 1. The admit card of UPCATET 2022 will be available for download from June 1 onwards. The exam will be conducted over a window of two days, June 16 and June 17 in eight cities across Uttar Pradesh. This year, Banda University of Agriculture & Technology, Banda is conducting UPCATET 2022 exam. The exam authorities have released the notification and information brochure including the important dates of the exam. 

UP Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test (UPCATET) is an entrance exam conducted to provide admission to Uttar Pradesh State domicile candidates in different UG and PG programmes offered at Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur; Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut; Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Faridabad; Banda University of Agriculture and Technology, Banda. The UPCATET is a state-level entrance exam that is conducted once a year. The UPCATET is three hours duration and the test mode is offline (pen & paper test).

May 11, 2022: UPCATET 2022 Application Correction Window Closes on May 11

UPCATET 2022 dates have been announced on March 1 along with the application form. Check important UPCATET 2022 exam dates below:

For UPCATET 2022 registrations, candidates had to fill the application form in online mode on the official website of the exam. Candidates had to visit the official website and click on the 'New Registration' tab and click on the 'I agree' checkbox. Upon clicking on 'New Registration tab, candidates had to fill up their basic details including contact details followed by which the registration credentials will be generated. After this, they have to login and fill up the complete UPCATET 2022 application form and pay the application fee. Candidates have to pay the application fee online (via net banking/ debit card).

UPCATET 2022 eligibility criteria for different BSc and BFSc courses is as given below:

• BSc (Honours) Agriculture/ BSc (Honours) Horticulture/ BSc (Honours) Forestry: Candidates should have cleared Class 12 with Agricultural Science/ Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB)/ Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM)/ Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB) subject to meet UPCATET eligibility criteria.
• Bachelor in Fisheries Science (BFSc): Candidates should have cleared Class 12 with Agricultural Science/ Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB)/ Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB) subject to meet UPCATET 2022 eligibility criteria.
• BSc (Honours) Home Science: Candidates should have cleared Class 12 in the Arts stream with Home Science/ PCB/ PCM/ PCMB/ Agricultural Science subject to be eligible for UPCATET exam. Only female candidates can opt for this course, informs the official website.

Age limit: As of December 31, 2022, candidates should be more than 16 years and less than 22 years in age. However, for the BVSc&H course, candidates should be minimum 17 years and maximum 25 years in age as of December 31, 2021. It may be noted that candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category have an age relaxation of five years for any course they apply for.

UPCATET 2022 exam centre details have been released. Candidates can view UPCATET 2022 exam centres cities and codes below:

Candidates will be able to download their UPCATET 2022 admit card by logging in with their registration credentials. To download the admit card, candidates needed to enter details such as their registration number/ full name, date of birth, and course. UPCATET 2022 admit card will appear on the screen and it has to be downloaded in PDF format. The admit card of UPCATET will carry information such as exam date, exam group, test centre address, exam day guidelines along with candidates' personal details.

The exam authority will declare the UPCATET 2022 result on the official website of the exam. To check the UPCATET result, candidates need to enter their roll number/ registration number, date of birth, and course. UPCATET result will appear on the screen and they will have to download their scorecards. The result or scorecard will also carry information on the section-wise and overall scores and percentiles along with the cutoff marks. 

The UPCATET 2022 cutoff will be released along with the result. It may be noted that the minimum cutoff percentage to qualify for the exam is 20 per cent (for the General category) and 10 per cent (for SC/ ST category). The exact marks will be released on the day of the result.

Admit Card: The UPCATET admit card is scheduled to be released online on June 1. Candidates who will successfully fill and submit the application form along with the application fee can avail of the admit card which will be released on the official website of UPCATET. Candidates are advised to check the details mentioned on the hall ticket and in case of any error, the aspirant should contact the officials immediately.

UPCATET Exam 2022: The UPCATET 2022 exam will be conducted on June 16 and June 17. Candidates are advised to check the UPCATET exam pattern, marking scheme and syllabus before appearing for the test. Also, candidates would not be allowed to appear for the exam without the UPCATET admit card.

UPCATET Result: The UPCATET 2022 result will be declared on June 30. The results will be declared online on the official website of the university. Candidates need to login in order to check the UPCATET results.  

UPCATET 2022 Counselling: The online counselling process for UG, PG and PhD courses will start from July 3 onwards. As part of the counselling process, candidates are required to pay the fees online to register themselves, followed by uploading their documents and then locking the seat. The last date of the third round of UPCATET 2022 counselling is September 3.
