Central University of Jammu Admission 2022: Highlights

At the UG level, the University offers BVoc and two integrated programmes in the field of Vocation, Science and Education. The duration of integrated programmes is five years, whereas BVoc has a course duration of three years. At the PG level, it offers six programmes, namely MA, MSc, MTech, MBA, MEd and MA/ MSc. The duration of PG programmes is two years, consisting of four semesters. Apart from the UG and PG courses, the University also offers PhD programme in more than 20 specializations, with a minimum course duration of three years. It also offers diploma and certificate courses under several fields, such as Beauty & Wellness, Retail Management, Yoga, Shavism and more. UG Courses

• Admission to BVoc, Integrated BSc – MSc and Integrated BA – BEd is based on CUCET scores
• Candidates, who have completed Class 12 from a recognised board, can apply for any of the UG programmes

PG Courses

• MTech admissions are based on GATE/ CUCET scores
• Admission to MSc, MA, MBA, MEd and MA/ MSc is based on CUCET scores
• A candidate must have completed graduation in the relevant stream before applying for PG programmes

PhD Course

• The University accepts CUCET/ UGC NET/ SLET/ SET/ JRF exams for admission to PhD programme
• Candidates, who have passed master’s degree in the relevant stream, can apply for PhD programme

Additional Courses

• Admission to diploma/ certificate courses is based on CUCET scores
• Candidates, who have passed Class 10 from a recognised board, are eligible to apply for certificate course in Beauty and Wellness

Central University of Jammu released final merit lists 2021 for its various UG, PG, and integrated programmes. Central University of Jammu accepts the scores obtained in Central University-Common Entrance Test (CU CET) followed by counselling for admission to its various UG, PG and PhD programmes.
