What's new at Central University of Kerala?

• The registrations for postgraduate admissions at the university started on May 19 via CUET PG and the last date to register is June 18. Check CUET PG Brochure 2022 and CUET PG 2022 notification
• Central University of Kerala admission 2022 will be subject to a valid score in CUET conducted by NTA. CUET registrations for admission 2022 took place between April 6 and May 22. However, NTA re-opened CUET UG applications from May 27 to May 31. 

Central University of Kerala (CUK) came into being in 2009 under the Central Universities Act. It is situated at Kasaragod, the north-western coastal district of Kerala. The University is accredited by NAAC and offers degree programmes at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels such as BA, MA, MSc, MEd, MSW, LLM, MPH, PG Diploma and PhD.

The admission process of the Central University of Kerala has already started in March. Admission to all the UG and PG programmes is done through the score obtained in the Central University Entrance Test (CUET). However, aspirants need to satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria of the respective course for which they are applying before moving towards the registration process of CUCET.

UG Course

• To be eligible for UG programme, students must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board

PG Course

• Students will be considered eligible for PG programmes if they hold a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university
• Candidates applying for PhD must have a master's degree in the relevant subject from a University recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC)

National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to conduct the Central Universities Entrance Test (CU-CET) exam for admission to various Integrated/Under-Graduate and Post-Graduation (PG) courses. Some of the important dates regarding the CUET exam 2022 and CUET PG 2022 are given below:

Central University of Kerala has released final & provisional merit lists 2021 for its various UG and PG programmes. The university has released merit across various specialisations. For admission to its UG ad PG programmes, Central University of Kerala admission accepts the scores obtained in Central University Common Entrance Test (CU CET) followed by the counselling. CU CET is a computer-based entrance exam for admission to Central Universities. The exam is conducted by NTA.
