Dravidian University is located in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh and was established by the Government of Andhra Pradesh under Legislature Act (No. 17 of 1997). Dravidian University has been accredited by NAAC ‘B’ grade and recognized by UGC. The University offers admission to various full-time degree / diploma / certificate programmes in the streams of Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Language, Science, Arts, and Commerce at UG, PG, and PhD level. It also imparts education through distance learning. It offers education through six school (with 20 academic departments and 4 centers) listed below:

Dravidian University Admissions

The University offers admission to various full-time degree / diploma / certificate programmes in the streams of Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Language, Science, Arts, and Commerce at UG, PG, and PhD level. It also imparts education through distance learning. Below are important details of Dravidian University admission process that an applicant must know of:

• Candidates who have completed Class 12, graduation and post-graduation can apply for UG, PG and PhD programmes, respectively
• The University follows reservation criteria, 10 per cent of the seats in each programme are reserved for students each from Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu
• Admission to the University is granted on the basis of merit or scores obtained in University-based entrance test
