Indian Law Institute (ILI) offers degree, diploma and online certificate programmes to aspirants in law stream at postgraduate (PG) and doctorate (PhD) level. The online certificate programmes offered at ILI are Intellectual Property Rights & Information Technology in the Internet Age as well as Cyber Law.

Aspirants are offered admission in the LLM programme offered at ILI on the basis of their performance in Indian Law Institute Common Admission Test (ILICAT). This law entrance exam is conducted at the national level. Candidates are eligible to apply for admission in LLM course offered at ILI if they have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in their LLB degree. Also, aspirants should have pursued their graduation degree from any college/institute/university that is recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI). After clearing ILICAT aspirants need to appear for Viva-voce in order to secure admission in LLM course offered at Indian Law Institute.

• MOU to undertake collaborative research activities and to extend other research programs was signed by the Dean Rusk Centre of the University of Georgia and the Indian Law Institute
• MOU was signed between the Indian Law Institute (ILI) and the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH), Harvard University, USA
• MOU was signed between the (ILI) and the University of Houston on behalf of its Law Center with an objective to establish a flexible framework for academics, research and other collaboration
• MOU was also signed with National Human Rights Commission with an objective for both the institutions to coordinate and collaborate in research, extension activities
