What's new at LNMU? Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) admission 2021 to a majority of courses is based on merit and are closed. The University has not announced the schedule for admission 2022.

Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) conducts counselling rounds to allot seats to the shortlisted candidates. LNMU currently offers over 20 UG, PG and doctoral-level courses across streams, such as Engineering, Science, Law, Arts, Education and Medicine. All these courses are offered via the eight faculties, 43 constituent colleges and 25 affiliated colleges under Lalit Narayan Mithila University. In addition to these, it also has two government colleges, namely Darbhanga Medical College & Hospital and Rural Institute (Birouli, Samastipur). The Directorate of Distance Education of LN Mithila University, offers admission to a number of UG & PG distance courses, namely MA (Edu), MSc, BLIS, MLIS, MA, MCom, BA and BCom. Admission is offered to the candidates based on their merit in the qualifying degree exam. Candidates have to first fill the application form, after which a merit list is released and selected candidates are required to complete the further admission process.

LNMU admission schedule 2022 for admission 2022 is not out yet. Till then, students can check the calendar below which consists of the admission schedule for all UG and PG courses for the past academic year 2021-22:

Lalit Narayan Mithila University released the second merit list for B.L.I.Sc 2021 admission on August 25, 2021. The first list was released on August 14 (as per details collated from web). Candidates interested in seeking admission via the second merit list must pay the admission fee of Rs 20,000 between August 26 to August 31 to confirm their seat.

LNMU merit list for B.L.I.Sc admission 2021 is released on the basis of scores obtained by the students in their undergraduate degrees. The following table mentions the opening and closing cutoff for General, EWS and Sc categories.
