Quantum University offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and research-level courses in the field of Engineering, Computer Applications, Management, Media Studies & Design, Commerce & Finance, Science, Humanities & Social Science, Agriculture, Health Sciences and Hospitality & Tourism. Located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, the University was established by the Uttarakhand State Legislature through the Quantum University Act, 2016.

Quantum University admission 2020 is based on valid scores in the University-accepted entrance exam or merit scores in the qualifying exam. Application form for admission to the university could be filled online or offline with a registration form fee of Rs 1,000.

• Selection to all other UG, PG and Diploma programmes is done based on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam (Class 12 and bachelor's degree respectively)
• For admission to BTech programmes, the university conducts Q-Care exam
• For MBA admission, students with a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT will be given preference
• For BSc in Animation & VFX/ UI & Graphic Design, those who have qualified NID Entrance Exam (DAT) Prelims will be preferred
• Admission to MTech is based on GATE score
• Selection to all PG and diploma programmes is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination
• Admission to PhD is based on Quantum University Research Aptitude Test (QRAT) followed by an interview round. Those with GATE/ CSIR JRF or UGC NET scores can also apply

Quantum University is offering all its Engineering and Technology courses through its Quantum School of Technology.

• Candidates seeking admission to BTech/BTech (Hons)/ BTech + MBA degree need to qualify Quantum University Entrance Exam (Q-Care)/JEE Main or any other state-level entrance exam

At the research level, the university offers PhD programme in various specialisations. Eligible candidates need to appear for Quantum University Research Aptitude Test (QRAT). QRAT qualified candidates are required to first complete their coursework as specified in the PhD Ordinance and give a presentation of their research plan to the Research Committee. Candidates who have qualified UGC-CSIR NET, SLET are exempt from appearing in QRAT. Those willing to take admission can apply via post, online or by visiting the university campus at Roorkee.
