Q. If I get my class 12 paper re-checked, will it affect my chances of admission?

A. No. However, after receiving the final marks, you have to be eligible to apply and you must submit your final 12th Std. mark sheet before the Merit List is announced.

Founded in 2009, Sanjay Ghodawat University was established as a state private university under Government of Maharashtra. Act No XL, 2017. Situated in Hatkanangale district, Kolhapur, it was formerly known as Sanjay Ghodawat Group of Institutions. The university is accredited with Grade ‘A’ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The University is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the Council of Architecture (COA), the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the University Grants Commission (UGC).

The Times of India Survey had ranked the university 44 in the category of Upcoming Private Educational Institutes in India. The University has been awarded as top Emerging Private University of India by Times B-School Survey 2020. It has also been awarded by Navbharat Times as Best Emerging Private University of Maharashtra. The university offers more than 59 courses across seven streams at UG, PG and PhD levels.
