SRM University, Andhra Pradesh is a part of the SRM Group of Institutions. Established in 2017, it is a multi-stream university offering various courses such as BTech, MTech, BA, BSc, BCom and MBA.

SRM University Andhra Pradesh has two departments offering a variety of courses at UG and PG level. In the field of Engineering, SRM Amravati offers MTech programme at the postgraduate level. This programme is offered in six different specialisations. Those seeking admission to MTech need a valid score in GATE or SRMJEEE (PG) exam.

SRM University, Andhra Pradesh also has a School of Liberal Arts and Basic Sciences that offers UG programmes in the field of Arts, Accounting and Commerce, Management and Science. As per the information available on the official website of SRMU Amravati, a Written Test is conducted for admission to all the above courses, followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates. However, any detail of the written test conducted is not available. Provisional admission is offered to candidates based on their performance. Final admission offer is rolled out to all the provisionally admitted candidates if they fulfil the eligibility criteria after the declaration of class 12th results.

• For MBA, the industry embedded curriculum of the programme has been architectured in a way that the students study on campus during the first year and undergo a paid internship in the second year. This is an example of ‘Earn while you Learn’
• The two-year MSc programme is offered in both in both full-time classroom and weekend hybrid modes. This is also inclusive of an internship programme which will help students gain valuable work experience, explore a career path, give them an edge in the job market and allow students to test specific techniques learned in the classroom before entering the working world.
