Venkateshwara Open University (VOU) is a state university located in Naharlagun near Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, India. It was established by Government of Arunachal Pradesh under Venkateshwara Open University Act No.10 of 2012 and has been consistently ranked as one of the Top Universities in India. VOU is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and is a member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
