For Integrated First Degree Programmes:

1. Candidates applying for admission to the Integrated First Degree programmes, should have appeared in the online computer-based test (BITSAT).
2. Candidate should apply for admission by submitting the prescribed form in addition with the application made earlier for registering for BITSAT test.
3. The application forms are available at the BITS admission website and are to be filled online along with the prescribed fee to be paid online.

For Higher Degree and PhD programmes:

1. Interested and eligible candidates should apply through the prescribed application form available online.
2. Hard copy of the application form is not required to be sent.

A. The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75 % in PCM/PCB in 12th, with at least 60% marks in each of the physics, chemistry and maths/biology subjects.

A. Students need to take the BITSAT exam conducted by the institute itself. The admissions will be made purely on merit. The merit position of the candidate for admission will be based on the score obtained in BITSAT.

What's new at BITS Goa? BITSAT Special Iteration-I and Special Iteration-II cutoffs are out for first degree programmes, including BE, MSc and BPharm. Meanwhile, the varsity is currently accepting registration of courses for first semester of 2021-22 at respective campuses for students admitted in Special Iteration-I and Special Iteration-II. Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Goa (popularly known as BITS Goa) accepts the Birla Institute of Technology & Science Admission Test (BITSAT) for admission to its first degree programmes, including BE, BPharm and MSc programmes. After the exam, BITS Pilani releases the qualifying BITSAT cutoff that candidates need to score to be eligible for counselling process at different campuses of BITS. Candidates, who qualify BITSAT qualifying cutoff, have to register for the BITSAT Counselling based on which seats are allotted to them considering their preference of college and courses. The result of BITSAT seat allotment is declared in the form of six rounds of counselling iteration results. The final BITSAT cutoff is released once all the counselling iterations are concluded. Candidates should note that there is no reservation policy in BITSAT.
