Christ Kengari campus is a constituent college of Christ University (deemed-to-be University) which is referred to as the School of Engineering across all Christ campuses. Situated about 25 kilometers away from the central campus, this campus of deemed-to-be Christ University offers UG, PG and doctoral programmes in the field of Engineering and Architecture such as BTech, BArch, MTech and PhD. The main campus of Christ University is also located in Bangalore (Hosur) along with Bannerghatta and Kengari campus, out of Bannerghatta campus is located at a distance of 25 km from the main campus.

Christ Kengeri admission process 2021 is both an online and offline process. Candidates willing to secure admission can either apply on the official website or get the form from the campus. A few important highlights regarding the admission process of this deemed-to-be University are as follows:

UG Courses

• For BTech, Christ Kengari conducts an entrance test followed by a skill assessment test and Personal Interview (PI). The academic performance of the candidate in Class 10 and Class 12 is also considered for admission.
• For BArch, candidates are required to have a valid rank in JEE Main Paper-II or NATA for admission. For final selection, this deemed University campus also conducts a skill assessment test and PI round.

PG Courses

• For MTech programme, Christ Kengari conducts a skill assessment test and PI round for selection
• In addition to that, academic performance of candidates in Class 10, Class 12 and graduation is considered during final selection

PhD Courses

• To apply for PhD, candidates need to appear for a PhD entrance test conducted by the University. However, candidates with UGC NET/ UGC CSIR NET/ GATE score are exempted from the entrance test.
• Final selection of shortlisted PhD candidates takes place on the basis of a skill assessment test, PI round conducted by the University and past academic performance

In addition to BTech, Christ Kengeri also offers a five-year BArch programme in the field of Architecture. For admission, candidates are required to have a valid rank in JEE Main Paper-II or NATA. At PG level, Christ Kengeri offers a two-year MTech programme. Admission to this course is based on a skill assessment test conducted by the institute followed by a PI round for final selection. In addition to that, final performance of the candidates in Class 10, Class 12 and graduation is also evaluated while selection. Available in six specialisations, the minimum eligibility criteria for MTech is as follows:

At doctoral level, the University offers full-time and part-time PhD programme in 10 specialisations. The minimum duration for full-time PhD is three years which can stretch up to a maximum of five years. For part-time PhD, however, the minimum and maximum duration is four and six years, respectively.

To apply for PhD programme, candidates need to first appear for a PhD entrance test conducted by the University. However, candidates with UGC NET/ UGC CSIR NET/ GATE score are exempted from the entrance test. Shortlisted candidates have to then appear for skill assessment test and PI round conducted by the University.

Final selection is based on the marks obtained in the entrance test/ national entrance test, skill assessment test, PI and past academic performance. Candidates must comply with the below-mentioned eligibility criteria for admission to the PhD programme:
