IIT BHU provides merit-cum-means scholarships to 25 per cent of undergraduate students. Apart from this, the institute also offers a list of international scholarships, including Rhodes Scholarships 2019, University of Oxford; USIEF Fellowships for Indian Citizens: 2019-2020; Japanese Government [MEXT] Scholarship Program 2019 for Research Students along with many more.
