Founded in 2010, International Institute of Sports Management is a private institute which is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is the first largest specialised institute in South Asia to impart education in Sports Management. IISM admission 2022 is an online process. Interested students need to visit the official website of the college and apply for Sports Management Admission Test (SMAT) entrance exam conducted by IISM. It is an online entrance test of 80 marks to be completed in 80 minutes and comprises of Quantitative Analysis, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning (LR), Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Sports Awareness related questions. The complete admission process comprises of the following two stages:

Stage - I

• For admission to the Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management (BSM) programme, applicants need to first submit an essay on the given topic which is of 80 marks. 
• Candidates seeking admission to Master's Degree in Sports Management (MSM) & PG Programmes are required to submit four caselets on given topics which are of 20 marks each

The Stage I comprises a total of 180 marks which includes 80 marks for essay/caselets, SMAT exam of 80 marks and 20 marks for students' overall performance (Academic score, Sports Achievements & Extra-curricular Activities). In order to be eligible for Stage II, a candidate is expected to score 50% i.e 90 marks out of 180. 

Stage - II

• Candidates qualifying Stage-I are further called for a Personal Interview round which is of 120 marks

The total weightage of Stage I and Stage II will be 300. Aspirants need to score 60% cumulative of Stage I and Stage II in order to secure Admission at IISM.

BSM is a three-year full-time programme offered by IISM. It has two specialisations and admission to the same is based on a valid score obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the college. The course provides an in-depth understanding about the fundamentals of business of Sports through classroom education, industry visits and field works. The colleges offers autonomous PG Programme in two specialisations with a course duration of 11 months each. Classes are conducted from Monday to Saturday. IISM PGPSM admission is based on a valid score obtained in SMAT conducted by the college. Aspirants, who have qualified MAH CET, can also apply for this course.
