MVJ College of Engineering is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and approved by the AICTE, and UGC. It is accredited by the NBA and NAAC. MVJCE was established as a private college in 1982 and is ranked 67 for BTech by The Week 2021. The college has five schools of study namely the School of Computer Science, School of Electrical Science, School of Mechanical Science, Basic Science, and School of Business. The college has 12 departments that offer 13 UG, five PG, and six PhD programmes across various streams of Engineering and Management. MVJ College of Engineering Admission 2022

The mode of MVJ College of Engineering admission 2022 is online. The admission to MVJCE is merit-based and depends on the entrance exam scores. At the UG level, the college provides a four-year BE and BE lateral. The admission to BE Lateral is done on the basis of DCET. At the PG level, the college provides two-year MTech, and MBA courses. The college also provides a three-year PhD across six streams. The BE is offered in 13 specialisations, and MTech in 4 specialisations.

What's new at MVJ College of Engineering? MVJ Colleges of Engineering admission 2022 is now open, interested candidates can apply online. The College offers fifteen undergraduates, five postgraduate and six doctoral programmes. MVJ College of Engineering admission to all these courses is entrance-based. MVJ College of Engineering accepts an online mode of the application process. For BE admission, candidates need to qualify Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) or JEE Mains entrance examinations. Admission to MTech and MBA is based on valid Karnataka Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) or CMAT scores. What's new regarding the MVJ College of Engineering cut off 2021? MVJ College of Engineering 2nd cut off 2021 was released on December 10. The last date for reporting to the allotted college by selected candidates in Round 2 is December 16.

MVJ College of Engineering offers a four-year BTech programme at the UG level. Admission to the BTech programme is based on KCET score, followed by KCET Counselling, which is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). The institute-specific qualifying cutoff is announced after the declaration of the KCET 2021 result to manage the seat allotment process. The seat allotment process is based on the college cutoff and the candidate's preference for courses and colleges. The cutoffs are generally declared in two rounds of KCET Counselling based on closing ranks for each of the BTech specialisations. The cutoffs are released for home state and other state candidates, which are further divided into GM GMK, SCG, STG, etc., categories. Till now, KCET has released the Round 1 & 2 cutoff for admission to the BTech programme.
