A. NIELIT Calicut is located very close to NIT Calicut campus and is about 22 km from the Calicut (Kozhikode) city. Calicut is well connected by rail, road and air from different parts of the country. A number of buses are available from the city and the bus stop at the Institute is called “12th Mile”/"NIELIT Bus Stop".

A. They offer nearly 20 courses in computer training and applications. These courses are offered at certificate, diploma and PG diploma levels.

Q. Does NIELIT Calicut offer customised courses?

A. Yes, they conduct customised training programmes based on request. These programmes are offered in the areas of Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Product Design, Control and Instrumentation, Embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), Solar Power, VLSI and Computer-Aided Design.
