About

Located at Bandra (West), Mumbai, St Pauls Institute of Communication Education for Women (SPICE for Women) is a unit of the Pauline Family. The Society of Saint Paul is a religious congregation, founded in 1914 at Alba, in Italy. SPICE for Women is managed by a Governing Body, whose ex-officio President is the Provincial Superior and by a society registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950. The aim of St Pauls Institute of Communication Education for Women is to improve the employability for the women students aspiring for a career in the area of mass media.

In August 2018, the trust inaugurated St Pauls Institute of Communication Education For Women, which is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. This new Institute is completely dedicated to media studies and offers a BA programme in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC), formerly known as BMM at UG level for women.
