The Faculty of Allied Health Sciences under MRIIRS follows all the reservation norms as set by the deemed University. Details are as follows:

  • Relaxation of 5% in minimum eligibility criteria is given to candidates belonging to any of the mentioned categories: SC / ST/ BC /OBC/ Women/ North East States (seven)/ sports personnel (Participation in national-level/ son/ daughter of defence personnel and foreign nationals for all the courses being offered by the institute
  • Reservation in 15% of the total seats in all programmes are reserved for the NRIs
  • Two seats are reserved for all courses under supernumerary quota for Kashmiri migrant students of Jammu and Kashmir as per the directions given by UGC. A relaxation of 10% in the minimum eligibility criteria shall be offered to such candidates. Domicile requirement shall be waived off. Also, the intake capacity of various courses could be increased by 5%, if required.
