Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh (APDHTE) has released the result for the Arunachal Pradesh NEET 2021 spot round counselling. The seat allotment list has bee uploaded on the official website, apdhte.nic.in. Candidates can download the result for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS admission 2021 from the link given below on the page. 

Earlier on November 29, the seat list for second round Arunachal Pradesh NEET counselling 2021 was released. Those who were allotted seats in the second round had to report to colleges in the given deadline.  The application form for Arunachal Pradesh NEET 2021 counselling was released on November 13. The merit list of eligible candidates who were supposed to participate in the counselling for Arunachal Pradesh NEET 2021 was released on November 19. Candidates have to qualify NEET 2021 to participate in the counselling. NEET result 2021 was announced on November 1.

To participate in the counseeling for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS/BDS admission 2021, candidates have to register and fill online application form. They have to fill choice of colleges and courses and lock it. APDHTE will allot seats in MBBS/BDS and other medical courses in different institutes on the basis of choices filled, reservation criteria, availablity of seats in institutes and other factors. A total of 53 MBBS and 7 BDS seats will be filled through the counselling process in medical and dental colleges across the state.

To participate in the Arunanchal Pradesh MBBS counselling 2021, candidates need to satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

• They must be a citizen of India
• They must have qualified NEET 2021
• They must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subjects
• They must be domiciled in the state of Arunachal Pradesh

Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of Arunachal Pradesh NEET 2021 had to register on the official website of APDHTE, www.apdhte.nic.in. To register online, a candidate had to fill in details such as name, parent’s name, marks obtained in NEET 2021, academic details and contact details. The candidates had to upload relevant documents sucha as Category Certificate, Class X certificate, Class XII marksheet, NEET 2021 Rank Card, Photograph, PWD certificate, etc. The deadline to upload documents was November 17.

A state merit list was prepared by the APDHTE on the basis of the applications received for the Arunachal Pradesh NEET counselling 2021 and the merits of the applicants. Candidates can then fill in the choices of courses/colleges on the basis of this state merit list. The merit list was relaesed on November 19.

Once the documents are verified, the eligible candidates had to fill choice of courses and colleges and lock the same. They could also change, reorder and delete their choices of courses/institutes as per their preference. Candidates must note that once locked, the choices can't be altered. 

On the basis of the choices filled by the candidates and their merit position in the State Merit List of Arunachal Pradesh NEET counselling 2021, APDHTE released a seat allotment list for the first round. The list was relaesed on November 23 on the official website. Candidates had to show their intent whether they want to accept of withdraw the seats allotted to them. They had to select 'Floating' or 'Freezing' options in the 'submit willingness tab'. Floating choice was for those who don't accept the seat and want to participate in the other rounds. Those who accepted the seat alloted to them under Freezing option had to pay refundable fee and report to the Directorate of Medical Education, Research and Training, A Sector, Naharlagan. The deadline to report to the allotted college was November 26.

Candidates who have been allocated a seat in the seat allotment list of Arunachal Pradesh NEET Counselling 2021 and who wish to continue with this seat have to collect their nominations from the office of the Directorate of Medical Education Training and Research, Naharlagun. Candidates who do not collect their nominations will be treated as not interested and their seat will be carried forward to the next round of counselling. Selected candidates must carry the documents listed below, both original and self-attested copies (two), to the office of DMETR.

APDHTE conducted a total of three rounds of Arunachal Pradesh NEET counselling 2021 for admission to various medical and dental colleges across the state. First-round was followed by the second and then the spot round. The spot round is conducted only when seats are left vacant. 

The first step of Arunachal Pradesh NEET counselling 2021 was registration where candidates had to fill in personal and academic details. Candidates had to register separately for each round for Arunachal Pradesh MBS/BDS counselling 2021. After registration, candidates had to pay the required non-refundable fees.

In addition to the counselling fee, candidates had to pay a certain amount as the security deposit which is refunded later on. Applications for Arunachal Pradesh NEET 2021 counselling were accepted once candidate pay the registration fees.

After the successful submission of the NEET counselling registration form, the conducting body had release the list of the registered candidates whose applications were accepted. Candidates whose names are included in the list have to report to the document verification centres if needed otherwise the documents verification will be done online.

After the document verification process, the candidates had to fill their choice of colleges priority-wise. On the basis of choice filled, the provisional merit list of shortlisted candidates was released for the first round of seat allotment. After this, the subsequent counselling rounds took place depending upon the cut off and availability of seats.
