HP PAT 2021 counselling is going on. Round-2 seat allotment has been announced by the authorities today i.e. September 9, 2021. The round-1 seat allotment was done on August 23. Read the article to know about HP PAT 2021 exam, the application process, eligibility, pattern, syllabus, and much more.
HP PAT is conducted to offer admission in 3-year diploma courses in Government & Private Polytechnics institutes in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The admission to diploma courses is being done on the basis of merit of marks secured in the minimum educational qualification prescribed by AICTE for the session 2021-22. HP PAT Application Forms were available till August 16, 2021.

HP PAT 2021 counselling is being conducted online in various rounds. HP Polytechnic 2021 counselling has been started from 23rd August 2021. It is mandatory for all qualified candidates to participate in the counselling session.
If any candidate participates in the first round & lock his/ her seats for admission then candidates also have to participate in the second round of HP PAT counselling in case they want to change their college or branch. The second round is a final round of counselling in this case. The same rule will be applicable for the third round.
HP PAT 2021 Admission ProcedureAfter the commencement of every round of counselling, the authority conducts HP PAT 2021 Admission Procedure. For admission, candidates need to visit the college to complete all remaining formalities. Candidates have to carry original documents with one set of photocopies of all documents. At the time of HP PAT admission, candidates also have to submit their course fees.
HP PAT Eligibility Criteria 2021Before submitting the application forms, candidates should check the eligibility criteria of HP PAT 2021 prescribed by the authorities. No candidate will be eligible for final admission if he/she does not meet the minimum HP PAT 2021 eligibility criteria. Note: Candidates who appeared for the qualifying examination in 2021 were also eligible for the HP PAT 2021 admission process. There was no provisional admission whatsoever either in the regular diploma stream or Lateral Entry Level.
HP PAT 2021 Preparation TipsThe following HP PAT preparation tips & tricks will be helpful for candidates during exam preparation:
- Make a complete schedule & strictly follow it
- Prepare whole syllabus topic wise
- Go through the complete exam pattern
- Solve previous year question paper
- Do meditation & yoga to keep your concentration power high
- Keep the last one week only for revision
- Do not skip meals & take proper sleep of eight hours
